首先，现代自然的食用植物很多是经过人类几百甚至几千年的基因改造而形成的。天然
的植物产量太少，养不活这么大的人口，比如水稻杂交其实就是一种基因工程，只是采
用的是传统方法，所以很多人没有意识到这是“人造”的产品。我们很多人已经不知不
觉地吃了不少基因改造过的食物，比如无籽西瓜、苹果梨，等等。所谓转基因，只是把
基因改造的过程急速加快，用了现代技术把想要的基因放进了种子里。
第一代转基因农作物主要是为了增加作物生长优势，转进去的基因使农作物有抗虫或抗
病毒的能力，或者增强对除草剂的耐受性。
第二代转基因农作物还改造一些能提高营养成分的基因，比如有些转基因黄豆产的油会
比较能抗氧化，从而使豆油产量增加，并增长油的保存期。
虽然美国的转基因农作物都经过安全检验，很多人还是担心转基因农作物的安全性。下

我孩子今年5岁3个月，男孩。出生于东海岸，一直在东海岸生活到1岁搬到西海岸。2岁
开始出现了一系列的症状，开始突然半夜腹痛，后来便秘超过2个星期，再后来出现便
秘，腹泻，腹胀等各种症状交替发生。
在过去的3年多已经，已经进行了一系列的therapy （speech, OT， ABA等)基本无效。
也尝试了各种diet，GFCF，SCD，FODmap等，基本没解决问题，biocidin,
Saccharomyces boulardii 有一点效果（但有限）。无克罗病家族史。
他最主要的一个症状就是肚子的气非常的多，腹胀。早上起床的时候肚子是非常的小 (
正常的），后来就越来越大，一直大到好像带了一个大气球！！！！
我们进行了很多的测试，在美国正规的儿科儿童医院基本没查出问题。我们查了无数的
资料，也基本没发现什么跟他相似的小孩。现在抱着最后一丝希望上Mit来问一下，希
望能得到一点信息。如果大家都听说过类似案例，或者有肠胃科医生给点意见，又或者
有不错的医生推荐，都非常感谢！

1. 10-2003 确诊，07-2004终于手术切除，期间Jobs一直在试自己选的diet疗法。扫描发现癌变在扩大才动了手术，这段时间癌转移的多少不可知，但肯定越拖转移的越多。
2.手术后没化疗和放疗。Jobs 2005年演讲说这表明病情乐观，不知是哪个庸医给他灌输的。2004年手术是大面积切除，部分胰腺和胃和小肠，胆和胆管都切除，目的是要消除扩散，但不系统化疗和放疗怎么能最大程度减少扩散威胁？哪个外科大夫这么信自己的手艺？
3.2009年换肝，这在扩散性癌治疗是有争议的，因为换肝后压制免疫反应有可能促进别处癌的生长。也有可能当时肝已经不行了没办法。
这种癌正常治疗大多数可活10年以上，Jobs真该到东岸Hopkins或Harvard找个靠谱的大夫。

而且几乎没什么应用。几乎所有的器官都有人在做，但是好像就只有skin有比较成熟的

还是金属为主啊～至于liver, cardiac, vascular, neural之类，更是远了去了。
只不过说，如果是做modeling之类的，数理背景好，会编程，方便转行；但要转行，直
接转CS就好

vascularized regions are completely different from the solid tumor regions.

1，Hypoxia-HIF1a-VEGF/VPF-vascular permeability-tumor dissemination;
2，Hypoxia-HIF1a-VEGF-C-peri/intra-tumor infiltration of lymphatic vessel-
tumor dissemination.
3, Hypoxia-met niche-invasive front of tumor-tumor dissemination.
引用就不列了，PUBMED一下就出来。
Dissemination是时时刻刻都存在的，真正能否形成MET，就是一个几率问题。换言之，
