Don't "烫过再切碎再挤干水分", especially for kids.
Because this process damages most nutrition in vegetables.
The less processing steps and time the better. ( "偷懒" on this is a good
thing.)
So "馄饨" and meatballs are better choices, especially if served together
with chopped and cooked vegetables. (Our babies are old enough for chopped
veges now.) Steam, boil, light fry and even microwave are good methods.)

yoplait fiber one, 1 yoplait delight，这些suppose都是倒赚的，
又买了pampers的wipes，ground beef，加3盒strawberry，如果所有的ecoupon都出的
话，加上手头的coupon，大概就是5，6刀的样子，可是没想到最后付钱的时候是30多块
！我后面排了很长的队，再加上我当时有点儿心不在焉，以为最后那些coupon会唰唰的
跳出来，所有就很nc的结账了。拿到receipt之后才发现真的是30多刀。
首先， buy 4 save 4 mix and match，没有save 4， manager告诉我说3个 hamburger
helper 和 1 个ＢＣ ｐｏｔａｔｏ不算是mix & match, 我更倾向于这是他们的系统
错误，因为以前类似的事情发生过，那个deal开始的第一天我去买，没算进mix &
match，后来manager手动给我match了，那周后几天去买，同 |

食物必备：salad or vege and dips(ranch); cheese and crackers; chips and dips
(salsa)；
饮料: 各种soda, coke/diet coke, ginger ale, 小瓶装的啤酒, 红酒不是必须，
party一般买白葡萄酒比较多，其实红酒多数是来自客人送的。。。
红酒最好要玻璃杯，soda就用塑料或者纸杯，啤酒直接喝
语言不好就少说话多陪笑脸，实在听不懂就多让人pardon几遍：老美要么会非常理解，
要么会很识相的滚一边去
你是主人，又没做错事，不要回避，要自信的抬头挺胸的走来走去 |

因为北京很快全市的医院都要医改。目前普通号5块，专家号7块9块14块。医改后普通
号42块，专家号60，80，100.有医保的人报销40，包括北京户口的新农合。这样一来，
没有医保或医保很差的外地人就惨了。外地人来北京治病，或没有北京户口的外地打工
者，或跟子女在北京常住的外地农村户口老人，谁来关心一下他们怎么办？本来异地新
农合就报不了多少，这下更是雪上加霜。
先说异地新农合的门诊报销。基本形同虚设，除癌症白血病心脑血管病等8种大病之外
，日常的门诊看病不能报销。这8种大病的大病统筹报销比例50%左右，上限3000人民币
。试想，什么都涨价的今天，3000块对于一个大病来说够干什么？何况老人多是百病缠
身，不是只有一两种病这么简单。如果两个老人都有病，家庭负担就更重。

京都，祉园，艺妓，怀石烧
竹筒在一个early afternoon到东京的时候，我已经假装对日本很熟悉啦。我就去
Narita机场和他汇合，直接坐新干线去京都。日本的交通虽然方便，买票的时候，还是
有点肉痛的。比如从东京到京都的新干线快车，单程就要一万三千多日元（在这里停顿
一下，怀想一秒钟偷懒没有买的JR Pass)。不过我们为了赶时间，也顾不得了。
到了京都，天几乎黑了。住下以后，就走去它的传统街区Gion（祉园）。京都不愧做了
一千多年的首都，有很多的特产，cured vege，各种京果子（让我想起北京果脯，哈）
等。不过这个京果子呢，都是糯米和芝麻之类做的，十分好吃。祉园的街两边，有很多
卖这样特产和小玩艺的店。
然后有一条很有名的路，叫花见小路。里面都是很传统的京都料理，Kaiseki（怀石烧
）。时不时看见有geisha匆匆忙 |

我点了stone pot，beef with vege的，应该是那个石锅拌饭了，感觉一般，里面放的
绿色蔬菜吃起来好苦，里头没有那种喜欢的带点甜的辣酱，只有一些咸菜的辣椒酱味，
感觉比较冲，后来又要了甜的辣酱，才好吃些。
lg点了辣白菜炒饭，他觉得蛮好吃。
那些小菜里头，他最爱那个豆腐，呵呵
可能是去得比较晚了，店里刚接待了一群韩国人，杯碗狼籍的，所以，上的菜没有那么
用心。
总体感觉，偏家常，味道比较冲，不怎么精致，呵呵 |

今天重新介绍是因为我觉得与其叫参观农场，叫农家乐应该更贴切。因为参观的大部分时间是我们在摘菜--终于圆了我“这边摘菜那边吃”的梦。（我自己家不太适合种菜，结果每次长的菜都寥寥无几，一顿都不够吃。今天我第一次摘菜摘得很开心。另外还学到了其实很多我平时扔掉的花/茎/叶都可以（生）吃的。）
盼望已久，今日终于成行。很挑剔的老大觉得这个比他想象的好玩。老二摘豆角，玩泥沙也是不亦乐乎。不过灰尘还是有点大，不适合太小的孩子。（这个public tour人挺多的，不过十个人以上就可以组织private tour了，大家甚至可以去self-guided tour。）
老美都是拿的那种大的多次使用的购物袋，只有我们拿了个小的塑料袋。我觉得这个大购物袋装的一大包新鲜的有机菜绝对是不只10美元的，而且一般U-pic... 阅读全帖 |

大购物袋装的一大包新鲜的有机菜绝对是不只10美元的，而且一般U-pick都比超市贵很
多。另外，这个活动特别给孩子上了堂自然课，另外也让他们知道蔬菜农场是怎样运作
的。
豆一样的豆角，还有另外一种不知名的菜。每次摘的菜会因季节而有差别。夏天，秋天
应该会更好玩的。
下摘太多菜或者把菜摘坏掉吧。 ：）
