1. 忘记历史意味着背叛。
不要用搜索引擎,有谁知道Issaquah, new castle和Seattle 发生过对华人的仇杀?
在 Bellingham的海岸上,有一块花岗石碑上刻着:“华人死线:华人不准越过此线,

这是为了禁止当年世界最大的三文鱼罐头厂的华裔员工与附近镇上的白人居民交流而设

华人在美国的历史中若影若现,在需要的时候有时候会在水面上冒个泡,更多的时候沉

这次版上声势浩大地质问为什么西雅图反Jimmy游行的规模如此之小,我想也许会对本
地华人社区的觉醒有一定的促进作用。
西雅图华人本该是对排华最最敏感的群体,可惜由于历史的隔断,很少有人意识到排华

午天气好点,去了一个充满lily pad的湖,一小时后被大雨淋回来了,期间跑掉两次,
一次拉上来。说一下教训与经验:
一,岸钓lily pad,最好是投过pocket,然后轻轻抖动拉下,除非用frog,用weedless
时候激起水花越小越好,最好让weedless滑入pocket,一定要给线。
二,frog也许要投过pocket,拉停要慢,穿过时候停顿一定要够位,inch by inch的拉
比较有效果。
三,大片lily pad很少pocket的时候,最好先搜边。
四,最好用30磅以上的编织线和leader,控制不住鱼是heavy vegetation跑鱼的关键,
而lily pad和厚草基本使light tackle毫无力量。
五,跑掉的都是最大的,能拉上的都是小的。
六,和LD出去,损失掉的frog不要回来时候立即去basspro补充,让LD知道价格没啥好
处。
话说回来,top water上鱼很刺激,大嘴真是很棒的game fish,今天旁边几个钓鱼的老
美看得目瞪口呆,本来一条一条 |

前四个月共减了49磅,最后一个月减了4磅。现在160磅,body fat 15%。 争取下面两
个月降到153磅,body fat到14%。最后一个月训练强度只有以前1/3,体重还是下降趋
势。
前面四个月基本上每天两个小时cardio, 半个小时ab. 饭量跟以前区别不大,营养反而
更加丰富。

这个东东上次吃是“7”年前,是最最最最爱的零食,今天在trader joe‘s突然找到了,好激动哦,因为一直
在寻找它。看上去很健康,是baked,主要ingredient是green pea,sugar小于1g每serving,不过,回来一查nutrition
facts,被shock到了,一个serving的calorie居然比同重量的french fry还高。突然很失望,突然很沮丧,突然就发帖了。
But if we check ingredients with comparison to McD french fries, snapea looks like a litter healthier.

, 上面的只是一个,翻炒时后弄两半了,还有一个fillet藏在下面, 锅里面放大半勺
tablespoon油抹匀,鱼两
面煎一下,然后放蔬菜,翻炒一下,放盐,盖上锅盖闷三五分钟, 就好啦

vegetables, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, fruits (not too much
though), boiled eggs, etc.
