？还是只要交$624.00即可。是在网上上课吗？
2）感觉太贵了，是不是可以上庭求一下情可以减免一些？或者就不要麻烦上庭，上网

我的车子停在停车场，被人撞了，肇事车在撞到我车的时候，刚好旁边有目击者。并且
马上到店里通过店员叫一部XXX牌号的SUV的车主。我赶过去，那人告诉我我的车被撞，
而且她叫那辆车停（对方也是SUV），那车不断没有停，反而加速开跑了，但她给我记
下来那辆车的车牌照号码，和车型号，并且留下她的信息愿意做我的目击证人。
后来我报警，警察给了我Incident No.告诉我然后再联系Vehicular crimes division,
找他们要对方的信息，给我办索赔什么。
当时联系了VCD，他们告诉我等两个星期，等警察那边报告过来，他们才能查，两个星
期后，打电话，他们说正在查，并问了我们的损失和维修的费用。（我自己的车是全保
，如果先修自己要付500的deductable.如果没有找到肇事人得我自己付，所以我暂时也
没有报给保险公司。）
今天再给VCD打电话，人家说这件事，因为没有人身伤害，所以他们不再查了，说这个
属于民事纠纷，让我要不找自己的保险公司付，要不就要律师。
我想请教的是：
我的车是可以不修。但是总觉得对方太可恶。但是找律师也

但是IEEE的期刊好像不同期刊质量差别很大。
(1)trans on power system, power electronics, industrial electronics最好。
(2)其次是energy conversion, industry application, power delivery, magnetics.
(3)最次是smart grid 和sustainable energy ,SCI不检索。回国找工作浪费了。
也有一些人搞搞擦边球，弄点 vehicular tech，applied super conductivity,
industrial information 啥子的。但是好像要是能上 （1）或者（2）的话，不会考虑
这些。
还有欧洲有些期刊影响因子不低，但是我感觉美国应该不怎么认可。我在欧洲干过一段
时间，哪里的大学也是认ieee trans。学生毕业要文章了，没办法了才会去投欧洲的那
