但是那个hotel里面的cancel policy说到几号之前都可以cancel/refund without
penalty
但是后面full cancelletion policy里面（每个hotel都有列）又说first night是一定
要charge的。
全文如下：
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 1 day prior to arrival.
In case of late cancellation or no show you will be charged for the 1st
night. PLEASE NOTE! For HOT DEALS booking policies differ from general hotel
policy: In case of cancellation or modification of a HOT DEAL the full

先写几个放之全意大利，乃至所有旅行都需要注意的事项
1. 轻装旅行太太太重要了！
这次出去整整16天，走了意大利大大小小十几个城市和乡镇。有些纯属蜻蜓点水，有些
则深潜数日。每当拖着箱子在大街小巷奔走，或者面对地铁和火车站的楼梯，仰梯长叹
时，我就痛心疾首，当初收拾行李时，为什么不多问自己一句：你真的需要拿这个么？
虽然不必象要去backpacking那样精打细算，可是，能不带就不带，because every
ounce counts.
另外，一个又结实又轻的箱子，实在是太太太必需了！
2. 在意大利坐火车，切记切记在上车前，给车票打个戳儿（stamp the ticket).
Eurostar 不需要，也有个别一些火车，在车厢里有stamp machine。但是，绝大多数的
stamp machine，都是在站台上，黄色的。如果被检票员发现你的车票上没有戳儿，会
罚你款，如果你没有我的运气好，哈哈哈！
3. 在意大利旅行，城市之间的交通，火车是非常方便迅捷的一种。建议不必要事先买

不需要额外的信，好像travel insurance也不贵的，2，30块钱就有
http://www.hrs.com可以定hotel，拿reservation去签证
如果不想住在那里，可以签证以后再cancel
巴黎和罗马的hostel其实都蛮好的，而且很多有private room，可以google一下hostel
或者这里www.hostelworld.com/，查到满意的hostel，然后google那个hostel自己的网站定，比通过hostelworld定要好点
如果要住经济hotel，这里还不错

他在pbs制作欧洲旅游节目十几年了
你从interlaken东站坐30分钟火车到lauterbrunnen
你可以住在这个山谷小镇，两面悬崖峭壁，很多瀑布
你也可以继续走，住到半山腰
1.坐shuttle bus，坐缆车到gimmelwald，再转缆车到murren。这个半山腰小镇面向少
女峰，还有2个中餐馆
2。坐火车往东走，住半山腰wengen，那里去少女峰比较近，玩的地方多，但是比较贵，
而且背对雪峰
你要喜欢大的旅游镇，去grindelwald，和zermatt差不多小城。
总之你可以住lauterbrunnen， murren，wengen，grindelwald，住哪里都差不多，火
车缆车四通八达，20分钟路。在venere或者booking上找旅馆 |

其实，这里建议用virgin，是因为英语里面这个词带有宗教和神圣意味, 有仙气。
圣母玛丽亚是virgin Mary, virgin mother, 是 forever virgin。按照当代天主教的
教义，这里virgin不是说身体，玛丽亚有好几个小孩，比如耶稣的弟弟James，而是带
有 innocent, pure的意思。
按照最新版钦定catechesis说的：
“The church venerates in Mary the purest realization of faith.”
Mary是forever virgin,是因为她是 forever innocent, forever pure in heart，and
therefore, semi-holy。
好几个教皇都以innocent 为称号，比如著名的英诺森三世。
这里，innocent不是“无知”的意思，用中文来翻译，或许 “无邪” 最合适。
“诗三百，一言以蔽之，思无邪。”
儒家也把“无邪”看作极其高的人生境界。
