上周去看车，附近70迈之内唯一的卖Porsche和Volvo Dealer。
2018 Volvo XC60 T6， Selling price:$53k,出门价大概$58k
2018 Porsche Macan Selling price：$56.5k (基本款外加Navigation, Blind Spot
Monitor, ventilated seats),出门价大概$61k。
根本不懂车，也不知道价格应该多少，犹豫了半天也没拿定主意，就回来了。大家给些

低配macan功能差太远了，你自己去dealer看看吧，1w多的菜车配置都比他强。什么
keyless entry，heate/ventilated seat，sunroof，auto dimming mirror，parking
assistant这些都是选配。至于什么adaptive cruise control with pas，pasm，air
suspension，pdcc，我就不列举啦。360全景倒车，emergency brake之类的是想买也买
不到的。 |

驱，脱困能力好，后排宽敞舒适，中间放一个婴儿座椅后两边可以舒服的坐下两个成人
。不需要第三排。也简单考察过低配X5, Q7, 考虑到预算，最终不甘心买乞丐版放弃。
一直喜欢WK2 平台大切的外形, 越野和脱困能力。 通过比较，最终选择Trailhawk 3.
6L, 性价比比Limited高， 自带Off-road pack(包括空悬，方便老人上下车), Tow

以低不了。
后来我拿本版一个2.19%finance Q7 的帖子要match,他们同意2.79%，说从来没见过2.9
以下的。
anyway 说是两个月后可以refinance,后来又说其实两个星期后就可以。具体我还要研
究下合同。问下大家有没有refinance过的大概什么过程。另外有没有推荐的credit
union. 我自己问了unifyfcu好像rate一般。

One warning I must give is that the Lyr 2 get bloody hot. Enough to almost

roach killer, you can kill them too but it might be too strong to them and
does more harm to urself.
those sprays can kill the bugs on touch and also can kill them by treatment.
spray a thick mist all over your room and close the window and door for 15
minutes and then ventilate for a day... and you will be okie. treat your room
individually... |

Anyway, I don't remind repeating myself. The biggest problem with this
design is it's way too air tight. Even for couples having virtually no sexes
, the humidity accumulates too fast with bad ventilation.
On the other hand, the use of steel connectors and the right size of lumber
makes it very sturdy. But it's an overkill for older couples. |

据我的inpsector讲，现在因为房子建得都很密封，所以现在的building code要求新房
子每天要有一定的通风时间，具体的要求不同的地方可能不一样。
很多新建的房子有专门的通风系统(fresh air ventilation system) ，可以用timer控
制。 |

不管是新房还是旧房子，通风总是好的，空调ventilation的档次再高，也没有开窗户
对流空气的通风效果好。 这里说的通风，是广泛意义上的通风。
跟新房子因为建筑装修所产生的可能的有毒威胁是两回事。
