monitoring of all sorts of life signatures must be kept in place all the
time. and constant medications and tests are used to keep patients alive.

发帖数: 14763 | 6 唉，那个呼吸机，就是ventilator，美国的ICU准备是一万人两个，貌似也不够。FICA
应该存了不少，但是Katrina那阵子也看到了，他们也是抓懵，不知道把物资往哪里送。
美国靠的，还是藏富于民。民间存货不少。比如Nebulizer，雾化器，老汉家里就有一
个。病人无力深呼吸时，给药得先雾化，当时医院就给了一个。事后老汉还想方设法要
还回去，最后是保险公司说他们已经付过账了，这个以后就归老汉。老汉非常生气，这
个还可以给别人用啊，没有必要闲置在老汉家。类似的闲置设备在普通人家里，不知道
还有多少。
到现在也觉得有点道理，如果人命关天的话，那浪费一点物力人力也是可以容忍的。 |

如果没有的话，老汉就提一下。如果Tidal Volume太高，会激发inflammation，就像你
脑壳被门夹了，如果你马上就拼命揉的话，只会肿的更厉害。正确做法是冰敷，不要老
动夹了的地方。静养数日，不发炎了，我们再谈活血化瘀的问题。
肺也是一样，已经发炎了以后，要少动。呼吸机Tidal Volume要开得低，这是二氧化碳
会在体内积累起来，人有明显的溺水感。意志薄弱的，比如你们这些伢们，肯定苦苦哀
求医护，开大一点吧，我要死了！如果是国内四年的本科生，很可能就酌量开大一点；
美帝四年本科完了才上医学院的，才不会为了你的舒适就让自己的执照冒险了，根本不

均面积可能都明显较小。洗手设施也没有那么多。在这样的情况下，中国专家建议带口
罩是严谨和追求完美的，更不要提，口罩的另一大作用是避免碰鼻子甚至面部，因为这
是很难避免的。
你究竟是怎么得出来中国专家水平差的结论的。看看昨天美国CDC公布的预防措施，拥
挤密闭空间中风险可能增大，因为这些研究很难，总不能拿活人做实验。此外，中国能
在一定程度上满足口罩，其他国家可能不敢想。

武汉这次三甲的病床，氧气不够，要护士扛氧气瓶。
