凤凰城中国文化中心，是中粮公司在1997年于凤凰城建造的。她被称为海外最美的，最
现代的中国城。 自2008年以来，中粮公司派吴谦来经营文化中心。他故意经营不善，
而且刁难当地华人举办的活动。
2016年11月，吴谦以一千万美元的低价（半价不到）将文化中心95%的房产倒卖给一家
临时公司（44 Airport AG Owner LLC），另外5%的房产归一个叫 "老四川"的中餐馆。
在卖文化中心之前，华人曾出价1700万美元，被吴谦拒绝。2017年6月 ，此临时公司再
以一千零五十万美元将文化中心转让给另一家公司（668 North LLC）。稍微了解点知

凤凰城华人保护文化中心的抗争，已经进入第五个月了。保护文化中心遇到的一个最大
的困惑，就是人们所面对的不仅仅是新业主要拆毁文化中心。文化中心的原业主中粮分
公司BNU，BNU总经理吴谦，以及同时在BNU和真北公司供职的Robert Reblin，一直在为
帮助真北公司拆除文化中心，努力工作，创造各种条件。在这里，农民画家想通过几个
月来发现的新老业主关系的蛛丝马迹，以及文化中心买卖交易中的有关文件，与大家共

文化中心是在不到一年的时间里，经历了两次交易之后，才花落现在的第二个买家，真

【背景介绍】
凤凰城中国文化中心，是中粮公司在1997年于凤凰城建造的。她被称为海外最美的，最
现代的中国城。 自2008年以来，中粮公司派吴谦来经营文化中心。他故意经营不善，
而且刁难当地华人举办的活动。
2016年11月，吴谦以一千万美元的低价（半价不到）将文化中心95%的房产倒卖给一家
临时公司（44 Airport AG Owner LLC），另外5%的房产归一个叫 "老四川"的中餐馆。
在卖文化中心之前，华人曾出价1700万美元，被吴谦拒绝。2017年6月 ，此临时公司再
以一千零五十万美元将文化中心转让给另一家公司（668 North LLC）。稍微了解点知
识的人可以看出来，这是倒卖国有资产的手法。
最令人生气的是：中粮公司还借钱给这个668 North LLC（非华人）公司，让它来拆毁
中国文化中心。天理何在？
吴谦及其伙伴如何运作的，这有待于国家有关方面，联合美国的机构进行调查。
特别奇怪的事情是：凤凰城部分华侨给国内相关部门写的举报信，居然外泄。而且还被

2，找车主要求承担部分或全部事故责任是符合法理的。美国法律规定借车出车祸，是

rebrand of Nissan quest, the former gen of quest). But neither have
meaningful market share of minivan. It was dominated by Chrysler, and now
add Honda and Toyota. In China GM does have a Buick minivan which seems like
the old Venture. |
