or Four Points using Points + Cash. In total we used 35K SPG points. Those
points are well worth it! We paid the cash using the new Venture card from
Capitalone. Since we got the 100K points promotion, we got reimbursed
through Capitalone.
Three weeks lodging for free! SPG and Venture are our favorate cards. Now we
need to save more points for the next travel. |

机会成本。但是不可避免大家会有国外消费，例如回国，欧洲旅游。这里列举我所知道
的没foreign transaction fees 的卡，同时也希望找到这些卡的如FIA的benchmark，
也就是这类卡的机会成本。
（2）有些卡有些category回报很高，但是这里只算everything消费，因为估计除了宾
馆和机票，在国内的消费绝大部分只能算everything。
（3）其次，汇率好坏，根据我自己，同学以及版上的讨论，Discover>=BOA>Capital 1
>Chase>Citi，没有AMEX和PenFed的实战例子，请大神们补充。
（4）最后，这是不完全列表，可能有错误，请各位大神修正指出补充。
