，旧金山，芝加哥这种。juror很多人都很穷，乐于见到财富的再分配，容易对受害人
有同情。告这个被告为什么最后上了法庭？当然这个人有liability是首要的，这个是
基础，另一个重要的，是他有钱或者他的保险公司有钱。如果被告是一个小业主，原告
说自己受伤了要被告赔，而juror上那些人大多数也是小业主，有自己的买卖，有厂子
，他们会怎么看？他们不会想自己会不会也受到同样的伤，他们会想：如果我也遇到这
个事情，我也会坐在被告席上。同样的，很多偏远的county都很conservative，普遍不
喜欢财富的再分配，这些county，能够拉着被告庭外和解而不上庭，是一个原告律师的
制胜关键。你也许业务很牛，但如果被告律师就是坚决不和解，最后费力费钱还赢不了。
补充一点，在平均收入高的county可以庭上赢案子，没问题，但案子必须要做实。你要
present给juror，这个案子真的是原告收到了莫大的委屈，被告简直就不是人养的，本

特别. 客人的食物酒水是大头. 很多wedding venues有选择, 基本上我推荐要去venue

发帖数: 156 | 40 I just called the venue. We can start loading at 5:00PM but we can't make
too much noise until 6-6:30.
Our official starting and ending time is 6:30-10:30. The venue has a minimum
4 hour requirement so they can generate enough venenue from selling drink.
I don't think they would mind if we stay a little bit late. |

纯属猜测哈,我没问过他们:
Venue大概需要$20K,包括ceremony 和 reception 的吃的, 250个客人,因为一般这样的
venue是按人数算的,$90 per person.
第二大开销当然花在我身上,这当然是最值得,花的最明智,花的最正确的地方,允许我臭
屁一下哈.
花的开销不会太大.
服装,美国的传统都是伴娘自己出钱的.不过以后人家结婚自己也要去做伴娘还回来.化
妆她们全部自己搞定,超级佩服.但说实话,真的应该请个化妆师,效果真的有差,我每周
都在拍,这个感受还是很明显.
好的化妆师:

一、注意“长老”不是“老年人”可能是年轻人或中年人。请长老抹油祷告是很正常的
，任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。
例如，哥林多前书十一章，
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道（讲道或作说预言下同），若蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡
女人祷告或是讲道，若不蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。因为这就如同剃了头发一样。 6
女人若不蒙着头，就该剪了头发。女人若以剪发剃发为羞愧，就该蒙着头。
这些经文意为，女人可以讲道（先知预言）只有蒙头（要不就剪头发）就可以了。与哥
林多前书十四章34-35节的教导有异。我没时间具体查原文希腊文怎么写的。

见过本版有人提及dell venue 平版（windows）也有此现象， 我也有过一块venue 8
pro的平版（windows），“好像”同样有此现象，不过同样也得关机后起码一个月以后
才能观察到电池掉光。
