发帖数: 479 | 2 三周前从国内回来感冒鼻炎，上上周已经好的差不多了，期间一直用neti pot鼻壶洗鼻
并且吃阿莫西林抗生素。
上周四突然早上感觉头晕恶心走路无法平衡，第二天晚上又觉得天旋地转无法睁眼，去
看医生说是右耳积液过多，导致vertigo眩晕症。现在吃强的松激素药，第三天了，感
觉还是非常难受，跟第一天的感觉比没有好多少，比第二天发病的症状好了许多。
请问现在还能做些什么减轻症状尽快好起来呢，一个人在外真是太不容易了，也好几天
没有上班去了，再不好就有点心理崩溃了呜呜呜，现在走路都成问题，看电脑五分钟以
上就开始头晕恶心。

老爸老妈上周四到的美国，周末在周围逛了逛，都挺好，周一吃完饭的时候突然觉得周
围在旋转，从来没有的感觉，持续了10秒，过去了，第二次是在20分钟之后，更加厉害
，从椅子上都站不起来，非常晕，10分钟之后消失，带着去了ER, 结果排队太长，只好
回来了。后来半夜3点半的时候来了一次非常猛烈的，开始呕吐，但吐不出东西来。眩
晕的非常厉害，根本站不起来，本来想带他下楼，不行，只好打了911，送到ER，初步
诊断血压，心跳，血检，脑部CAT scan都正常。只有血糖高，医生说应该和这个症状没
有关系，也应该不是中风。开了点治呕吐和眩晕的药，就回来了。这最后一次眩晕持续
时间相当长，直到现在。今天睡了一天，现在症状有些缓解，走路仍然晕，仍有些恶心。
虽然好了些，不过还是担心。各位大侠们有经验的能不能给分析分析。多谢了！ |

1. Restrict head motions and move more slowly
2. Maintain adequate hydration, especially after vomiting.
3. Take drugs with antivertiginous effects, such as Dramamine, Valium, and
Transderm Scop.
4. Prevent loss-of-balance accident
5. Stop smoking because of the blood vessel constricting effects.

paroxysmal positional vertigo that is related to your position. The symptoms
are temporary and commonly last for about minutes to one hour, particularly

最感触的是其中两人去电影院看的竟然是Vertigo中
树林里Kim Novak指着大树的年轮和Jimmy Stewart说话的场景，
然后Bruce Willis花了妆找女同伴的时候，
已经变了头发的颜色女主角回首的那一瞬同Vertigo后半部分
中Novak改变装束重新出现在Jimmy面前如出一辙
（音乐也用了相同的）。一下子就明白了这个故事同Vertigo中的
一样具有欺骗性，真是一语道破天机，呵呵。
风格和Terry Gilliam十年前的Brazil有点类似，但画面和拍摄手法

Botulinum toxin causes descending paralysis started with diplopia,
dysartheria or dysphagia and facial paralysis. Vertigo is rare.
I agree with you on bacteria toxin. More common symptoms are N/V ,abdominal
pain and diarrhea. Dizziness is common but not vertigo.
When patient says dizzy, make sure if patient means lightheadedness or
vertigo. Big difference. |

眩晕vertigo可以理解为位置感觉的错觉。 一个晕字可以是各种各样的症状。 眩晕分
为central和peripheral， central是CNS， 主要是脑干，小脑的问题； peripheral是
内耳的问题。
就像楼上说的，cervical degenerative disc disease or spondylosis是描述颈椎的
病变，如果引起vertigo， 主要是血液供应的问题， 可能你知道Vertibrobasilar
artery insufficiency， MRA可以看到basilar stenosis， 但vertibral artery
stenosis是不是可以引起临床症状有争论， 很多病人一侧的vertibral artery都封闭
了， 却没有任何临床症状。 所以如果MRA正常，central vertigo可能性就不大（当然
MRA经常underestimate）。 对于颈椎病， 因为骨刺引起椎动脉供血不足我是很少听说

As far as I know, it could most likely be vertigo. Normally it comes
together with nausea. Most common symptom is patients feel "the room starts
spinning".
Vertigo is a term for an inner ear disturbance. It could caused by an
infection, a trauma, an allergy, a small crystals in your labyrinth inside

方lol。每次去dacks其实和这也差不多。
我去gunks一般都是两天。周六早上走，周日半夜回来。不过NYC的人一般喜欢day trip
，因为也就1.5-2 hrs的drive。我上周去了dacks三天，这周想歇一下，所以打算就去
一天，还带俩彻底beginner。
你如果想去Cannon，或许我们可以协调一下？我主要想爬个moby grape和vertigo。不
过vertigo的那个half moon crack没有pro不一定敢lead，可能爬个variation然后top

发帖数: 1917 | 25 哈，又看倒Killington的照片了，俺是MLK周末刚在Killington滑了三天，觉得
Killington的树林和mogul都不错。这次去主要是带孩子们滑，最多的时候有七，八个
孩子，7岁-13岁，滑了几乎所有没有关闭的树林和mogul，包括这个Big Dipper，小孩
们很喜欢，其他的比较好的树林还有Somewhere/Nowhere和Stairs。
Bear Mountain的那两个Mogul也都滑了，Outer Limit的雪质不错，尤其是右边的mogul
很好。Devil's Fiddle比较冰。
还有一个小孩特喜欢的是Vertigo Headwall, 我觉得是Killington最陡的道，但是不长
。下半部Vertigo是人工Seeded的mogul，如果想练习mogul技术是很不错的地方。

那一次发生时朋友很年轻（<30 years old），之后多年也没有过任何illness, 食物中
毒应该是准确的，只是拿不准是那种中毒。
我查了一下，肉毒毒素(clostridium toxin)有可能，可导致vertigo，好像当时也有
weakness, 忘了告诉大家了。
如果是的话，还是很危险的 nausea, vomitting, vertigo, muscle weakness.

码。否则就是诈骗美国政府。估计不让码工码扣比死了还难受。所以虽然有成功案例但
