雖然加拿大已經結束在阿富汗的戰鬥任務，但很多歸來的士兵，需要面對另一場「戰役
」，就是如何確保有一個安穩的未來。有退伍軍人倡權者指出，在現行製度下，大多數
受傷退伍軍人可以得到的傷障養老金，竟然遠不及一個受傷建築工人；可見「轉了戰場
」的退役加國軍人，面前的這場仗仍是荊棘滿途的。
很多退伍軍人在阿富汗受了傷，他們歸來後發覺自已收到的傷障（disablity）支票金
額，不及其他戰役的加軍。即使不曾受傷的軍人，歸來後也對軍方養老金被徵稅，並要
在65歲中止領取感到憤怒。軍人也擔心，加拿大退伍軍人事務部計劃削減預算案，認為
此舉只會令問題變得更糟。
傷障養老金改為一筆過不少人把問題歸咎於2006年實施的《新退伍軍人憲章》（New
Veterans Charter），它制定的養老金制度，更被一些退伍軍人指為「國家恥辱」。
以前，傷障的士兵可以終生領取每月傷障養老金，但新憲章廢除每月發放養老金制度，
改為支付一筆過的傷障金。

第一天”明显是两天，从开始工作到天黑，一共是20个小时。估计是第一天夜里没加班
，和第二天早上连一起了。而且可以注意里面基本上一个昼夜交替是20小时，说明一天
还休息了4个小时。视频里也没说是连续工作或者六天建成。所以全部时间应该是7天到
8天。工作时间是136.5小时。但是能这样建起来还是很令人惊讶的。远大公司还在世博
会上面花了24小时建造了一栋展示楼，那个有24小时连续视频。
下面是Youtube上外国人的部分评价。里面当然有一些是嘲笑中国产品质量低下的。但
是更多的是惊讶。搞笑评论也很多。欧美发达国家因为建筑项目少，所以市场养不起太
多的建筑工人，所以建筑的时候花费时间总是特别长。很多欧美居民对此非常不满。所
以建筑速度虽然值得自豪，却也并不是说我们比欧美强很多。这一点要客观看待。但终
归来说，中国人现在吃苦耐劳的本色仍然非常强大。
外国人的自嘲看看就好，每个国家的人都看自己国家不顺眼。哈哈。
