法律體系。他的consititution部分就是包括principle, guideline precedent在內的
不成文法。這是對後世民主制度，政治制度影響最大的部分，也是這座樓要討論的命題
。例如separation of powers, election, veto等等，至今在很多國家，包括美法日意
等國，都是上溯至羅馬法。
我一路用羅馬共和這個詞，是簡稱羅馬共和國，如果你這都看不出來，我沒話講。

“實際上卻是獨裁極權的體制”的前面還有一個時間限定，你沒看到？ 我明明指的是

我博士毕业那年，和我一起博士毕业的一个美国白mm找到了去教育部的工作，去DC了。
好像是分管中小学科技教育的一个部门。
然后我的师兄（也是美国白人）和另外一个白人毕业生就和我jjww，说她的姑妈在教育
部里面做个啥官，是靠关系才进去的。说什么公开选拔，其实广告出来根本就没有几个
人知道和申请。
当时我很震撼，感觉自己回到了中国。呵呵~
再补充一句：那个白mm是个小美女，人也蛮和气的，和我一起主持过系里的学生
seminar。看不出来还是个“官二代”。

下面这件事是关于我师兄的，他是美国白人，据说家里祖上还做过墨西哥的伯爵，封地
