的确在国内自闭症父母比较辛苦。一个是硬件有限，还有认识不够，更主要的是社会不
规范。在规范的环境下，当自闭症小孩经过上千上万次的训练，他会掌握些基本的动作
和技能，比如过马路看红绿灯，洗桑拿数到４百出来，肥皂擦完头冲十下 等等（其实
正常人也是生活就几个要点）。
日本等亚洲国家自闭症比欧美多少许。以前日本对自闭症也很头痛。但在８０年代中，
那里对自闭症宣传很多（自闭症就是来自日语），人们对自闭症很了解，也宽容。举个
例子，我们去年去日本，日本对一般行为怪异的人是很忌讳的。在一个很多人的公共场
所，我大儿子打了我小儿子一下来引他注意。周围的日本人马上显出惊讶的神情，并啊
了一声。我上去摸摸他肩膀让他安静。周围的日本人立马变的出奇的友善。有个妇人还
往旁边挪挪，示意我们坐在她旁边。

responsible for bad test scores. Those of us who embrace the notions of
character and accountability would say that the person himself is
responsible for how he uses his gun. If an individual or group tends to use

Those of you following the barbaric rioting in Britain will not have failed
to notice that a sizable proportion of the thugs are white, something not
often seen in this country.
Not only that, but in a triumph of feminism, a lot of them are girls. Even
the "disabled" (according to the British benefits system) seem to have

几个小孩，在美国就是用枪打死20个。英国谋杀率是2，美国是4.
但是枪的出现，抹平了个人体力上的差距，使得自卫的能力明显增强，可以遏制犯罪的
冲动，降低violent crime rate。英国violent crime rate是2000, 美国是400.
所以这是两个相对的因素。如果一定要做2选1 的禁还是不禁的决定，可能就得衡量
violent crime和murder的权重了。比如，每减少一起谋杀，我们愿意付出多少rape,

After CA passed a stricter gun control law in 1989, the violent crime rate
in CA droped 58% from 1989-2011 while the violent crime rate in US droped 42
% during the same period. Besides, the drop of the violent crime rate in US
mostly relied on states with stricter gun control, such as NY (65% drop) and
CA (%58).
