Blentech at last. I recommend Blentech for the following reasons:
1.Blentech is more powerful than Vitamix.
2.Blentech doesn't need a stirring stick. Everytime when i wash Vitamix i
don't know where to put the stirring stick.
3.Blentech has newer technology than Vitamix.
4. Blentech is $20 cheaper |

中午去COSTCO买了6300， 展销员推荐买6300 over 5200， 说马达更强， 有新功能，
寿命更长。 看了半小时的展销， 好像只有我一个人买了。
有跑到另外一个COSTCO 看 BlendTec 的展销。觉得比Vitamix 6300 更方便些， 又买
了 329 刀的 Total Blender with 宽口瓶， 看了半小时的展销，共有6个人买了， 其
他5个全是老印。
准备这个周末 SIDE-BY-SIDE 比较一下， 留一个退一个。
网上看了5-6个REVIEW, 现在有点趋向把Vitamix 6300退掉， 功能看起来差不多，
Vitamix 如果常用好像还要花100元买个干摩瓶， Blendtec 只要一个瓶，干湿兼用。
其他Vitamix比较高，cabinet 底下放不下， BLENDTEC 看起来也更好看些。
Vitaxmix多一根棍，打的时候可以往下压，不过听Blendtec 展销员说他们的机器不用
压， 机器本身会向下吸。不知是真是假。 |

lowest price for Model 5200. What makes Vitamix so highly priced? Heavy-duty
and endurable, I guess.Just wanted to justify this product is worth the
money before rushing into the purchase. That is, what differentiate Vitamix
from other products?
Any comments, ideas, suggestions on any similar products? Or anyone can

买的鱼片，稍微冻一下（如果冻着的就或者稍微化一下），切成小块。
vitamix持续开variable 5左右，把鱼块，姜和葱放进去打碎打匀。然后加蛋清俩，盐
和胡椒粉，打匀。再加生粉一勺，继续打匀。vitamix一直5或6就可以。
然后清水煮香菇，加入鱼滑（做成鱼丸也可以），加盐和胡椒粉调味就可以开喝了 |

choices with Vitamix. All my friends got Vitamix are all thinking it is one

roughly a 50/50 divide between the Vitamix and Blendtec camps. Vitamix is
the original high-end blender, and some people see the Blendtec as an
imitator.
We have Blendtec and are happy with it. It's very noisy, but doesn't bother
us because normally it's operated for < 1 min. It has more sophisticated
programs. The Vitamix has just 1 speed adjustment knob.

我老岳父家文科生，就觉得vitamix好得不得了，特喜欢，贵肯定是有道理的。
我老爸工科生，认为就是马达加刀片，没啥了不起，用的是最普通便宜的搅拌机做蔬果
汁，说打得不细更健康，玻璃瓶比塑料瓶好。
我老更注重性价比，ninja ultima既能做专卖店等级的蔬果汁，也能做各种五谷杂粮豆
子的浆汁或者
糊糊，还能做food processor，比如周末和面打肉馅包饺子。

vitamix本来就是可以做汤，可以切菜，可以做smoothie和冰淇淋的，计较的就再买一
个杯子就可以，生熟就可以分开。按照他们提供的清洗方法就可以。鱼滑比较粘，所以
我拿冷水泡了一会儿。
昨天看到vitamix出的菜谱（我当时跟他们公司买的中文的）也包括了做鱼丸，他们用
的variable 7，直接把所以材料放进去打，然后多了一个放进塑料袋，用棒子打10分钟
的步骤，然后再挤出来上锅蒸。 |

youtube上有很多vitamix vs blendertec的比较，基本结论是差不多。可能vitamix安
静点好点，但是这种好能见度比较低。我在bedbathbeyond 用了20% coupon买的
blendtec designer系列，是touch screen的，很modern feel,比较漂亮360。 vitmax
太太太丑了，总让我想起70年代的电器，而且太高，在counter下面放不下。 |

. The two deciding factors are:
1: one button operation for blendtec. Easier for beginner, perfect result.
Vitamix requires changing speed manually.
2: for the same price, blendtec is 3hp. Vitamix is 2.5hp.
Blendtec also looks sleeker. So far, I am happy with my decision. |

but I never did find a complete comparison.
Just happy to find one under $400. I realize Costco sells them around this
price, but I'm no longer am a member and when I was I never saw them in the

有没有哪位用过的或者是有经验的兄弟姐妹， 到底买哪个比较合算？ |
