免积点，应该不会影响保险。一点经验，share一下，大家小心驾驶，安全第一。如果
真的不幸吃了罚单，希望这点经验有用。
被警察拦下的当场，交出驾照之前，先求求情。如果情节不是太恶劣，而且警察心
情好，说不定给个警告就放人了，不至于真的吃罚单。不要警察要驾照就马上递上去。
吃到罚单过几天先打电话，问清楚如果认罪罚多少钱，积几个点，不同州规矩不一
样。如果能接受，提前两周以上把钱交了，应该就不用浪费半天去法庭等着了。
如果去法庭，收集足够的证据以备trial,比如stop sign被树挡了的照片，比如大
下坡，大家都开的比较快。到法庭会有人点名，问你plea什么。一般是guilty, no
guilty, 和nolo三项，对于因为没有保险或者注册过期吃罚单的，好像还有个选项叫
complaints，这个不太熟悉，我的罚单都是moving volitions。
既然来法庭了，肯定不会plea guilty了。nolo具体含义自己google一下吧，结果一般
