LD came back from east coast, flight delayed to start with, and then
mechanical problem mid way (crack on the wing?), had to land in middle of
nowhere airport in Oklahoma, waiting for delta to get another plane flew
over from somewhere for more than 4 hrs. It was almost mid night, all the
stores in airport were closed and no where to buy food, delta only provided
a tiny slice of pizza.
finally arrived SF at ~4am (schedule was ~9pm)

在我们这个俩口之家，LG和我对夏威夷的看法竟然南辕北辙。LG向往之情很深很深，每
次制订旅游计划，都会提起夏威夷。偏偏我就不愿去那儿，因为感情上，我觉得位于太
平洋的夏威夷离美国本土很远很远，却离故乡很近很近。如果去了夏威夷，但不回国，
颇有大禹治水，过家门而不能入的凄凉。因此我一直避免和夏威夷面对面地碰撞。
2005年对LG是很tough, 也是很有成就感的一年。所以当他这次说，去夏威夷吧，我竟无
法说不。就这样，夏威夷终于哗啦一声，挤过地图上其他的地名，冲到面前，很骄傲地

三．买票之后
多数人以为票买好了之后就是任务完成了，其实不是，你还有可能继续省钱。不信？
等票买了后，不要闲下来，去www.yapta.com下载一个软件，把你的机票信息输进去 。
这个软件的功能是自动搜索机票更新，如果你买的航线降价了，他会提醒你。你就可以
给航空公司打电话要求refare了，航空公司会把fare difference以credit（只能今后
买机票用的vouche）的形式退给你。基本每个航空公司都可以refare, 这就是我为什么
推荐在航空公司自己的网站买票。有的航空公司对refare要收取一定的service fee,
具体如下：
united, american, US Airways, Southwest, Alaska, JetBlue $0
northwest $25
continental $30
air canada $30
delta $50
退给你的credit要减去这些service fee. |
