implementation needs to support a user-provided deleter function (instead of
using the default delete operator of that type).
If this is only satisfied by one side, a one-way wrapping is possible.
Ideally, two-way wrapping is more desirable.
I have implemented a similar interoperable wrapper between OpenCV Mat class
and COM smart pointer. I do not have the source code right now, but it
basically uses the deleter function.

怎么个说法。问题可能有点长 希望大家指教指教。
去年的做法大概是
1. Obtain Bank Recon,
2. Send confirmation
3. Deposit in Transit: Review deposit slips, and obtain subsequent bank
statement, and verify the amount in the subsequent bank statement.
4. Outstanding check: basically look at all the outstanding check as of 12/
31/08, and vouch it through subsequent bank statement.
今年2nd year看了之后说这个outstanding check testing不对.

小firm的好处就是上手快,可以很快就cover很多accounts;但是小firm的客户规模小--
虽然五脏俱全,但终究是只麻雀;而且做audit testing也不是很多,经常只是vouching.
Big4不好地方就是林子大分工细,刚进去常常要做routine or tedious work,such as
footing, making copies, confirmations, etc. 但是客户规模大,见多了猪跑将来
inteview的时候也能说几句;而且audit testing方式比较多也比较好,能学些东西. 重
要的是放在resume上的经历好看.
当然,个人能力更重要,小的里面有出类拔萃的人,大的里面也有啥都学不到最后只能抱
怨的人. |

if we are testing checks without proper approval, we should start with all
canceled checks, make our selection and obtain the underlying approved
vouching package for further testing,(i.e.look for appropriate approval on

发帖数: 263 | 18 AUD完全是突击学的，这是唯一一门理解的不好，就去考试了。做MCQ时老是对自己选的
答案表示怀疑，做第一、二个testlet有70%题都重新看了一遍,但是也没发现什么问题
。我第3个testlet也是好多题是一眼就能看出答案，当时心寒，我又从头到尾把第3个
testlet检查了一遍. 结果simulation的时间不够了。
我的simulaiton有最少3个tab都是猜的，剩下的tab虽然知道答案，但是不够时间了，
只能匆匆回答，也没能检查。不过很幸运我考过了，88分。我觉得还是MCQ比较重要。
LZ如果把那个letter to underwriter MCQ答出来了，肯定也就过了。
不过LZ比我学的扎实，还能记得当时考的题。我脑子里对AUD一点印象都没有了。连基
本的tracking 和 vouching都不知道怎么回事了。LZ加油！ |

发帖数: 8315 | 19 1.关于薪水的讨论其实没什么意思，因为人跟人不一样。有的人做了五六年的audit
还是什么都不懂，问问题不经过大脑，只知道根据audit schedule要audit confirm，
vouch payments，以及footing。就这个footing还有一些auditor让我很震惊，因为
他们省懒只foot最后一个数字（你懂得后果会怎样的）
2.至于入不入会计的门，不要从一开始就盯着薪水。会计的薪水差别很大的，从版上的
回答就可以看出来。要想清楚你到底是想要做什么，毕竟人只活这么一辈子。如果你
只是为了拿份工资去念会计，而没有长远的规划，那么极有可能你就会落在找不到工
作或者只能找到烂会计工作的那群人里。
3.关于CFA和CPA的讨论，我想说，这两者都是给你锦上添花的东西，并不能雪中送炭。
也就是说，你即使两个都pass了，也不一定能让你找到多么好的工作。我个人认为决
定考一个试是需要投入巨大的人力物力财力的，所以如果你只是为了考试而考试，还
是三思而行。当然了，念了会计顺带考个CPA也无所谓了，至少半年内就可以搞定。

很多“四大”的审计人员，不管是主管合伙人还是下面的经理，高级审计师或普通审计
师，连他们自己专业内的知识都没吃透，就来审计，被客户管理层一顿侃，就无言以对
了。“四大”名不符实啊！而可气的是这些审计人员以“四大”自居，很是摆谱，一点
都不谦虚，直到被客户方以更高深、更专业的会计知识压制方休。我在前个贴子已经说
了，如果审计别人的对会计知识和被审计公司不熟悉，不理解，如何有效审计，还不是
走过场？完成所谓的documentation完事。从这个意义上说，现在现实生活中的审计就
是个玩笑。我在另一个贴子里也说了，我们对税务团队是很尊敬的。不为别的，就是他
们有兢兢业业的态度和非常实际的态度，而不是因为他们和我们站在一起，来对抗IRS
。我们公司每年都有IRS的人来审计，而我们没有像有些朋友想象的那样对IRS的审计人

My conclusion is that their patent examiners are not properly trained at all
. They make a**hole US patent examiners look like regulars.
