Dealer自己网站上列的sale price是$71,159 (这个应该是invoice price, 或者比
invoice略高一点）
用我们公司和Nissan的VPP program能减$1500，到$69,569, 然后dealer的sales请示了
manager后说能再给减到$68,500
全算上大概到9% offMSRP，不知道这个算不算ok的deal。
刚开始谈的时候, 我自己要的价格是$64,000, 但是sales说完全不doable。本人
negotiation的能力实在比较差，靠自己也就砍下来1000左右，主要都是靠dealer主动
给的discount和公司的VPP （Note: 公司的VPP本来是5000 off MSRP，但是考虑到是在
已经discount 4000的基础上再减，dealer说可以减1500）。
不知道这种情况大家估计还能有多大的空间？ |

务很好， 直接打给她： 510-552-1688， 今天拿到的deal是 9月份的(
with VPP):
3 year, 15000 miles/year, $2500 down(you can get $2500 state rebate), $190
plus tax, 2015 modes S with Quick charger,
2 years VPP free charging card.
3年after tax， 一共才 $7456. 如果按省的汽油来算，等于3年免费开车了。
我没有要那个$745 的maintenance package， 因为看很多forum 上都说不需要。
拿到车后可以跟PG&E 申请，他们有一个program可以给电费discount；
另外可以跟DMV 申请一个car pool sticker， 一次性 8 快钱。
Leaf 一次性充电可以跑80miles， 作为家里第二步车来做daily commute 的，

我想用Microcontroller的一个引脚产生占空比为50%频率为420K的PWM波，通过LC电路
谐振产生同频率的正弦波（对正弦波要求不高）。因为电容式定的，1.4nF,算了下，电
感为大概为100uH，就选了一个100uH的电感，他的串联电阻为8欧。用电路仿真下，电
容输出为正弦波，Vpp有大概25V。
所以我搭了一个简单的LC串联电路，用信号发生器产生420K，50%的方波，直接夹在LC
上，电容的输出是类似的正弦波，但是Vpp只有7V，参考附件。我要求不高，Vpp能有
15V就可以了。
还请各位帮忙，发包子感谢。如果有必要的话可以加上其它元件，但不能太多。
Update,
100uH的电感自身的电阻式8欧，所以在仿真时候只是在电感加上8欧的series resistor。
信号发生器的输出是3V，用的是High Z load。
Scope用的是1M Ohm |

对PRO而言太不划算了。每天打够200点就没有理由在继续了（之后500点，1000点拿的
metal性价比太低），一个普通的reg一小时就打够了200了，如果不是太高级别的游戏
，就没有game selection问题，实在想不出有什么理由打够之后不去PS赚VPP。每天刚

最开始的时候，定位大概是2.5w左右，sedan，非两田，天窗皮椅homelink是必须的。喜欢2011的sonata的外形，据说新引擎CVT挺不错的，mpg也很好好，只是一直有点纠结现代的口碑。后来试过发邮件给hyundai dealer咨询, 结果一点回音都没有，还发过几次。一怒之下决定pass不买sonata。
于是决定提高预算到三万多买好点的车，还不是很清楚自己到底想要什么，ld觉得Audi A4好看，口碑貌似也不错，于是目标又改成A4了，但是发现存货太少，没有喜欢颜色，如果要build一辆，既没法砍价，而且还得等3个多月。加上刚搬了新家太忙，买车的事又放下来了。
前阵子到版上发贴，请教入门级luxury车的选择，得到了不少信息，感觉不少人对G37的印象都很好，bmw我不是特别饭，MB牌子牛但是这个价差不多只能买最低的c300。最后决定在G37和Acura TL中选。

这个网站上有 Employee Vehicle Allowance，虽然你不是employee拿不到，但是作个
参考，到时候目标价就往那个价格上靠。（有时候GM会发private incentive，一般跟
那个employee的incentive一样）
GM还有个GM preferred price，类似MSRP，但是是GM自己的employee使用的price，网
上查不到，一般34000的车那个preferred price大概在3200+左右。用那个GM
preferred price减去所有的incentive再减去cash bonus就是dealer的最低的心理价位
了，因为dealer自己的员工买车也得那个价格。
如果你亲戚有美国大兵，可以有另外的折扣，如果有GM的信用卡，也可以使用里面的
cashback。
