这个数据看上去都是normal。这是由newborn screening的策略造成的。当小孩子出生
后做检测，出于对成本控制，设计的上限比较高。所以有的病人在上限下，有的没有病
的在上限上。但是，病人住院的时候，参考值就是acylcarnitine profile的参考值。
必须按照这个来给孩子们诊断了。
比如我们宝宝的c16 c18就非常高，有一个接近上限10倍。 这两个高值基本就确定了是
cact deficiency 或 cpt2 deficiency。
Dr. Jirair Bedoyan依据这个给做了酶活性测试。 (Case Western)
Dr. Vockley指出不正常，并说西雅图的Dr. Merritt应该可以找出正确的 。 (CHP of
UPMC)
