帮助。
通信领域SDR算是一个比较容易转行的领域，因为涉及的算法和硬件实现相对通信领域
的其他坑，都更为general，可以相对较容易的把知识transfer到其他相关领域。
SDR有很多可做的方面，不管是前端的RF的，还是数据采集，还是信号处理。我以前做
的比较多的是baseband信号处理。SDR的平台不管是USRP也好，NI的FlexRIO，还是Rice
的WARP，或是基于Xilinx FPGA的一些平台，基本的思路都是用general processor或者
FPGA来处理信号。
研究较多的几个领域无非就是信道均衡、信号检测与估值、纠错码解码。除非纯做算法
仿真和算法的改进，具体实现到实际SDR平台上都会涉及到软硬件加速，否则以现有的
平台的计算能力，很难达到4G/5G对于处理速度的要求。那么途径无非是CPU多核多线程
编程，GPU的并行计算，FPGA上面的并行算法的加速（大部分人用Xilinx的high level

板，一个是很贵，另一个是容易warp。一般就门用实木做，有的也是接起来而不是整个
一片。整个一片的实木板，宽的很贵
如果只是1寸2寸宽的柜子支架是实木好。。。硬实木四面mill过的我们这里基本是20刀
/sqft。。另外硬实木加工起来也很费劲，比松木啥的难。我以前自己做柜门，四周是
maple中间是玻璃的。。。如果要便宜可以买没mill过的，然后自己过planner。不过工
具就贵了 |

二是木头没那么娇嫩。表面finish好了，有水擦干了就好吧。。。那些卫生间还放木柜

虽然一个是warp，一个是裂，实际两者都是木纹横切方向膨胀。
案板挺多用到一寸的木头，墩子半径大，所以这个膨胀的效果就非常厉害，是裂开。
你要是看看案板和墩子的纹路你就明白我的意思了。 |

从网上找到此文，如此触目惊心。美国的老板大概50%以上都是以欺压员工为乐的恶人！
女老板和男老板各占一半。文章告诫和老板斗几乎没有成功的可能。 人事部门也不会
帮员工，因为人事部门的职责是保护公司不受到法律纠纷的困扰。
84% 被老板欺负的员工是女性，这些人一旦被盯上82% 失去工作。
这些调研机构也给不出好的办法保护员工，也是告诫碰上这种恶人，或者走人，或者把
工作做好忍受，尽量避免被恶人盯上。
此文告诉我们在美国职场上，我们是怎样的弱者，同时也提醒我们不要有任何幻想，认

费城Routan团购小记
总体感觉：routan,在几款大妈车里，看上去不算最ugly,中规中矩。第三排座比较挤。
加速lag 比较长，但是比 odyssey 要好一点。后来发现一定要turn off eco,虽然费些
油，但加速好多了。感觉比odyssey内部空间小不少。高速上隔音效果在几档van中中等
。最看中的是安全。门很重。比其他的van重很多。我是不完全相信网上所谓评测的。
我最不放心的就是乱七八糟的电子系统。一定要七年warranty,dealer 给的plantium才
1000，算厚道了。
