关于减肥我其实真的说的挺多的我都不知道还能说什么了。但这些年走下来好像胸中憋
着太多的东西，不吐又不快。
身高167，两个孩子，自然顺产，纯母乳喂养over 6 month. 所以我不存在因为不哺乳
而胖的可能。我胖纯粹都是因为我贪吃。生完老大之后我身材就走了样，体重一直维持
在158+/-磅。那个时候胖并快乐着，老公不嫌老娘喜欢我自己也觉得当妈的各个都应该
是这个样子。我那会儿也不上网，全部的生活就是家，孩子，同事。我所有同龄孩子的
同事都跟我体型差不多，彼此天天看，谁也不觉得谁丑。我工作的地方有weight
watcher，每周二中饭时间meet一次，好些胖子员工都参加。我一个亲近的同事参加后
效果特别好于是我也就跟了进去。这是我第一次接触科学减肥的概念。
我们的讲员是个60多岁的老太太，她减掉了60磅，然后成为了WW的专职讲员。她有着丰
