我有一笔钱要投资，十年后要拿出来。买十年bond的话结果是可以预期的。我的回报率
和利率没关系。
如果买bond fund的话， 利率如果涨的话，不就跌了吗？

说十个是因为感觉股票差不多十个我比较comfortable。 价格也比较合适。是不是足够
diversify其实我觉得关系并不是很大，主要是看风险。
是要找本书看看，对bond了解太少了。反正要买也要等tax reform结果出来， 正好先
学习一下。

的语言细节（指针之类的很重要），也有问C#的一些基础知识。还问了软件开发的过程
，比如需求分析，设计，开发，测试，维护，有问waterfall等等。

本科是国内某工科top学校（专业是工科，但和CS/EE没有任何关系），离开大学快九年了，一直在地方团委干，东西都还给老师了，本科时微积分，线代什么的都还不错，高中还物理竞赛得了奖，小城市高考理科状元，对编程，CS，EE一窍不通，28周岁。
如果找不到Google，Facebook的工作，自学多久可以找到微软，Cisco，IBM之类的工作，也有考虑去念一个CS，EE的master，能不念自学找到工作最好，绿卡移民来美国的。

我相信大多数的同学还是出生于普通学校，有个3.3左右的GPA，想找个local的工作，
工资要求不高，给办H1B就行，以后再慢慢发展。对于这样的同学，我想说：停止刷题
吧。一般的这种local中等规模的公司面试也好简历也好，更多的要求是对基础知识的
细节掌握，例如：Java里synchronized method static和不static有什么区别。以及对
sdlc的认识，ailge waterfall你要是都不知道赶紧维基百科吧，楼主曾经面试过很多
local公司，规模也不算小，更多的问题都是问你的知识，至于算法题，最难的一道也
只是，给你一个int 数组，让你remove掉duplicates, 所以说，对于找local工作的同

edge of the pool is at the same level of my backyard. Would this be above
or under ground? I know that this is a gunite pool.
There is a jaccuzi that is two feet above the pool, and the Jaccuzi flows

不清楚，而且地毯价格较高，估计把人工都打进去了，所以最后还是在local店买的地
毯，找人安装的。之前对装地毯的费用也是一头雾水，这里小结下，给后来人参考。
材料：
地毯：$1-$8不等
Pad：$0.3-$1不等，最好选有防潮层的
人工（无论HD还是Carpet公司，最好事先每项都打听清楚）

glassdoor。然后第二个gold quartz，到时候这个整片会比较黄哦，backplash感觉可
以配一些traditional的pattern或是spanish的（小点黑，splash yellow和米色底）。
灰色系可能有点不对。
我倒是觉得你countertop可以选全白的quartz。在island那部分可以做waterfall到低
。stainless steel appliances。

池塘结构是：单位没说明的都是英尺，挖坑3x3，深度1，合适的地方垫水泥砖用来做桥
墩的基础；四周用钢筋混凝土铸出斜坡，加3/4英寸XPS泡沫板隔热，加5x5做淋浴间用
的橡胶隔水布，然后是1x1的页岩板保护隔水布。做完了底面是2.5x2.5，上面是3x3。
中间建个小桥，两个桥墩。怕桥面板断裂，桥面下垫了石头，直达桥面下方。然后周围
垫了特拉华河的鹅卵石。池塘上游有french drain来水，下游有小溪出水，沿着邻居边
界流走。原来的打算是冬天加透明盖保温，或者用个小电热的东西化冰，使得小池塘里
面冬天鱼能够存活。所以四周加了保温材料，底部没加。
如今只好弄掉啦，上面盖个叉车用的货板，再垫塑料布，再垫土。等啥时in law走了再
挖出来。
