contributions? Citation (50) is very weak. You should understand at least
three (media report, contribution, and authorship) should meet the
requirement, not just one or two.

i just want to share my experience and try to be objective. My case is
pretty weak and was approved with Jerry Zhang's help. So i try to help those
with similar background. My case was not accepted by the conservative
lawyer, understood. They have more clients with much stronger background,
why waste time handling weak cases and may affect their reputation? I
appreciate the lawyer who can handle weak case like Jerry Zhang. Again, i

General->Date&Time里面把自动时间设为off，然后人工把日期改成10月30号10点半，
然后到app store里面装了个天涯论坛的免费阅读器，一切正常。
软件首先是usability，要可用的前提下，再去谈什么安不安全。如果你的软件都无法
使用，安全无从谈起。live messenger因为没给你们赚钱，所以才敢这么乱搞，直接不
让用户登录。嘿嘿，如果live id跟win8整合了，你敢不敢要求说如果用户机器日期不
正常，就不让用户登录win8？？
任何软件，大到一个系统，小到一个function，都首先要确保“可用”。你写一个
search list的function,因为list是empty，你就直接甩个exception出来？或者返回一
个ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER？你就认为empty list很可能是用户机器被hack了，有人
在运行恶意代码？？
更不要说这个“日期发生改变”简直是一个weak到不能再weak的“用户机器被hack”的

水平跟我相近的，对刚入门的朋友可能不会有很大的帮助，呵呵。
最近半年有了些时间可以练球了，大概每个星期2,3个小时左右。最近几个星期感觉突
然间有了个小小的飞跃，所以还是比较满意的。 以前我自以为自己打球很好，因为我
的下球很准确，而且各种杆法也算精通，但是很长一短时间以来都觉得自己没有更大的
进步，还经常会输给一些比自己差的球友。后来痛定思痛，又有几个水平很高的朋友提
点了一下，得到以下几点要领：
1． 下球绝对不是目的，只是一个手段。一盘球，不管你有多少精彩的下球，只要8
球没进，那你还是输了。我在之前往往只想着这个球很难进，我把它完成，就算很漂亮
了。现在看看这个想法是非常幼稚的。
2． 要学会读球势。当轮到你击球的时候，不要着急，你要考虑的是你有没有机会

final day of LM pairs or BR in US, I don't think the field would play in 7C.
At most 40% may reach 7C in my estimation. So beating those 6NTs can still
mean quite decent MPs even in that kind of events. Basically, if you make 7
and others don't, you may at least score 60% in such a tough field. If you
make 6, others make 7, your MP should be around 20%. If both make 6 or 7, it
is still somewhere about 40%.

最近吃的很多，一天至少4个Jimmy John 三明治 #14,no cheese. 还要吃凉面，炒青菜
，水果一大堆，睡前三明治，吃完就睡觉
很久没称过体重了。
于是就一直没有感觉到weak,每天都是start strong, finish stronger. 即使这样，今
天还有人说：“你怎么比两天前又瘦了” 让我很尴尬。。
感觉体脂一直在下降，手臂上血管清楚的不得了，很多都突出来了，双手下垂的时候，
手背上的血管就爆出来了，手掌都可以看见浅绿色，大腿上血管都很明显，小腿上就更
不用说了。
而且早上起床后，吃了一些碳水后，明显就感觉手背发热，本来睡了一觉，血管变细了
，吃了东西以后，似乎很明显的【感觉】到手背的血管血流速度加快，爆出来了。
锻炼的话，不感觉到weak是最重要的，这样才能保证效果。碳水足够的时候，跑8分的
pace 心率只有138左右，weak的时候，跑一段时间能上到160多 |

特别是花样和冰球的鞋都是高帮的，有足够的ankle support，inline的鞋更是如
此，唯独速滑鞋的ankle才完全裸露。我的脚踝原来打篮球反复受伤，比一般人都
要weak得多，我现在打篮球都要上ankle brace，不然铁定受伤。相信你们的脚踝
总该比我的更有力。即使这样我滑冰从来没感觉到脚踝带来很多麻烦，我是说一般
的滑冰，如果比赛的话我还是要上support band的，但是这里的关键是对于初学者
weak ankle其实并不影响。觉得自己脚踝使不上劲是因为错误的用刃方式导致的。
比如过多的内刃结果肯定两脚往里撇，这样脚踝就要承受很大的力。但实际上如果
正确用刃，比如刀刃垂直冰面就算你是weak ankle仍然可以滑行，因为身体重心完
全从小腿传递到刀刃上，没有任何分力，脚踝不参与运动。如果要说脚踝参与运动
的就是在弯道上，转弯的时候是内刃或外刃着冰，所以这时小腿和冰面成一定角度

最近本版人丁冷落，为了增加人气，我写个最近练球的心得吧， 希望能给其他想提高
球技的朋友一点启发。 我的台球（8球） 水平应该属于业余里面中等层次，熟悉APA
league的朋友，我介于skill level 5 and 6 之间吧。 这篇心得针对的对象也是那些
水平跟我相近的，对刚入门的朋友可能不会有很大的帮助，呵呵。
最近半年有了些时间可以练球了，大概每个星期2,3个小时左右。最近几个星期感觉突
然间有了个小小的飞跃，所以还是比较满意的。 以前我自以为自己打球很好，因为我
的下球很准确，而且各种杆法也算精通，但是很长一短时间以来都觉得自己没有更大的
进步，还经常会输给一些比自己差的球友。后来痛定思痛，又有几个水平很高的朋友提

深色衣服的正手好一点 冲起来solostar还是下风
solostar的横打牛一点 速度快 还能冲两角
两人正手防守都有一点反手推的影子 非正手的拍型 不过如果能改正过来用正手拍型防
守 基本就可以正手做动作 做进攻性防守了 再牛一点的 就能反拉了 呵呵

schedule.
1. Just before tapering, should do a long run.
2. week 3 before race, cut running to ~70% of your peak weakly milage.
3. week 2 before race, cut running to ~50% of your peak weakly milage.
4. week 1 before race, cut running to ~30% of your peak weakly milage. |
