Apple (AAPL) this afternoon reported fiscal Q3 revenue and profit per share
that missed expectations by a country mile, and a Q4 view also sharply lower.
The company said it would start a dividend payment of $2.65 this quarter,
payable on August 16th.
Revenue in the three months ended in June rose to $35 billion, yielding EPS
of $9.32.
Analysts on average were modeling $37.25 billion and $10.35 per share.

someone who filed 140 with PP with 3 publications, 5 reviews and got
approved with no RFE.
My background: 8 papers (some published in tiny miny journals), 15
conference presentations (not papers), 3 reviews (1 book review, 2
manuscript reviews).I am in Social Science.
Is it worth trying?

very weak case:
Eight publications: most are first-authored and two in Chinese;
One paper is featured in a top journal in my field with an independent
commentary on it. It was also selected and commented by The Faculty of 1000
. Another important annual review in my field ranked my paper as of must
read although only one short paragraph regarding it in the text. The media
report that was first published in my school's |

没有independent的推荐信
award只有公司和读书系里乱七八糟的几个
5个association membership，自己掏钱就可以加的那种
想来想去，可能大公司是个优势，学校也还不错，别的跟版上的兄弟姐妹们比起来实在
是太微不足道
了。希望能帮到大家，多一点信心。
我的timeline：
TSC6月22号收到，一直都没有消息，12月15号140跟485一起批准了。
没有pp，律师不推荐，因为觉得我的case太弱，不想引起太多attention

很抱歉，很少发文，没有包子，但愿分享经验。从文章的数量和引用，我的case比版上
任何一个人都弱。从准备材料到寄出，大约三个半月。经常到此版浏览，受益非浅，特
此回馈。刘律师不愿接我的case, 其它几位律师都愿意。自己随便找了一个petition
