，所以没办法。主要体现如下：
（1）速度慢，往往文章发表几个月后才进入数据库，这与Google Scholar, Inspire
HEP, SAO-NASA等相比简直就是垃圾。
（2）不能把文章处于预印本阶段就被引用的体现出来。比如文章放在arXiv上，为发表
之前就被引用，而这些施引文献如果不更改或者比你的文章发表还早，那在数据库里就
一个无用的arXiv编号；
（3）Web of Science人手不够，而且经常偷懒。如果不是青千，我还懒得去仔细看。
因为发现引用数明显少于自己知道的，就去仔细调研了一把。发现很多文章虽然进入数
据库，但是因为工作人员偷懒，有些没有录入参考文献，有些只有一部分，或者有些录
入错误。
破解方法：
在ISI web of science网页下面有反馈，点击进入，然后提交你要求的更正。现在可以
确认的是：如果别人引用你的arXiv文章号，可以要求更改为正式的刊号，从而在times
cited上显示。其他的问题，比如(3),一定要语气强硬，直接说你们的数据库天下第一

不论1.0 或 2.0， 都以拥有大量注册用户为荣，投资者都期望以此成为收入的来源。
但1.0 已证明这只是期望，而不可能成为现实。
根本原因在于WEB是传播信息的场所，如果其所传播的信息的所有者或提供者不愿意付
费，这个场所是根本不能赚钱的。
而且2.0 比 1.0 在提供付费信息方面更不具有优势， 因为信息的提供方只能面对部分
读者，而 1.0 是面对所有读者的。 如果2.0 要求用户付费，那大家就都会跑到别的地
方去了。 NFLX就是个例子。 |

出现了三个option，第一个说 Web of Knowledge，但是有个notice

indexed by web of science 而是indexed by MEDLINE，所以不能加进去。
在ISI里面，如果看citation，web of science里面的，比from all database的少很多
呀。难道真的是人品不好，cite我文章的人，都发在那些非常奇怪的journal上？ |

python就是这两年在工作上看书学的，因为会用到，所以不懂一般就是查网络或者
internet，毕竟现在的工作上，python只是些辅助小工具的语言，所以都是很快写完或
者改好，有错也能马上改。
我不知道你的multiple argument是怎么输入的。
但是我找到有个例子是这样的，一个form的提交，我没看出你写的有问题，可能还是在
application 方面的问题？

Apple is planning to bring its web design tool iWeb for Mac to its iPad
tablet PC, a new patent application has revealed.
According to a report on Patently Apple, the company has filed a patent for
the iWeb application for the iPad.
