为了体会 Castrato 的痛苦，请欣赏传记电影《Farinelli》里面，那位阉人男高
音 Farinelli 所唱的那首 Lascia ch'io pianga（让我痛哭吧）。不过我这里
给的不是电影里的版本，是 Hayley Westenra 的 classic-crossover 的版本。
其实那个传记电影也是个大忽悠，跟钢琴老师们也差不多。在歌剧 Rinaldo 里，
Lascia ch'io pianga 本来就是给女高音而不是阉人男高音唱的。。。

缘分凑巧，写过好几个女书的帖子，昨天看到真家伙了。顾名思义，女书传女不传男，
是以前湘南江永的农村女人之间或写或唱的秘密文字，常为七字句歌谣，写或绣在纸
上、手帕上、衣带及扇子上，一字一叹女人的苦难生活。女书作为一种民俗已经灭绝—
—最后一个女书自然传人于2004年去世。灭绝之前幸被学者发现，现有标本保留：江永
有女书园、女书村、女书博物馆，有女人向旅游者表演女书；各地大学有女书研究专业
方向。
海外艺术人对女书尤其偏爱：美籍女作家邝丽莎（Lisa See）写过关于女书的畅销小说《
雪花秘扇》（Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, 2006），三年前由邓文迪制作、王颖执
导，拍成同名电影，虽被人批为西式猎奇视角，但昨天遇到的女书研究员说细节真实

看看你们去过几个？
排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？

带，喜欢得不得了，连上专业课的时候带着耳机不停地听，差点站起来ranaway.
后来download了mp3,开车的时候听很容易渐渐加大油门不知不觉大大超速，就不敢再放车
里。

前一阵花最多，我贴在别的版问花名，大部分都问到了：
一个月前开得最盛的是樱花：
樱花种类很多，单瓣复瓣、白色粉色。粉色复瓣的很梦幻：
这种叫weeping cherry的像柳枝一样垂下来，很多家门口都有：
这种我觉得有点难看……：
当时吃不准另一些白花是不是樱花，特别高（二楼以上）。经网友鉴定为梨花，说是
樱花花瓣都是残瓣（当中有个缺口，像心形），这些花瓣都不残（前两幅是同一株，最
后两幅也是同一株）：
另外还有些常见的花。这是magnolia stellata（星花木兰）：

晚上睡觉总觉得帐篷会被风卷走一样。
强烈建议第一次去的时候先去Visitor Center看一下Video，Zion里面的那些山石都有
名字和传说，Video会大概介绍一下它们的来历啊啥的，许多都跟摩门教有关。Zion
National Park里面是一条狭长的山谷，冬天可以自己开车进去，夏天只能坐shuttle
bus，除非订了里面的Lodge。Emerald Pools Trails可以走一走。我们走进去的时候突
然狂下暴雨，于是在一块大石头下躲了20几分钟，然后走到上面的时候就听见轰隆轰隆
万马奔腾的声音，不知为何物。其间跨过一条小溪，走到upper trail的最顶端，见到
了几个瀑布。那瀑布之水黝黑浑浊，夹带着一股阴沟的气味。待我们往回走过先前那条
小溪时，它已经摇身变成了一条湍急的大河！这是刚才下暴雨的水从山顶倾泻而下！汹
涌的河水让对岸的游客望而却步，我们也被困在了山中！好在暴雨下的猛归猛，但并不
持久。又等了20几分钟，河流渐小，我等推了几块大石头进去垫脚，拄着干树枝做拐杖

向Zion。到达住地的时候，已经是当地8点半。住的地方Zion Park Motel，比预想的要
好很多。里外都很干净整洁。前后左右都是餐馆和礼品店。一个发现是，和这个motel
紧挨着的，是 Fatali Gallery。Fatali是个有名的摄影家，但他的摄影作品处理也是
很有争议的。感兴趣的可以网上了解一下。
第二天清晨，早早起来在附近看了看。小街非常安静。

吃过早点后，一行人开车进入公园。门票是每辆私家车25刀。算下来每个人不足4刀。
不清楚这些门票是否足够维持公园的费用，还是得到政府的补贴。另外，每个景点附近
，都提供免费的饮用水，省了很多带水的麻烦，不得不感叹一下。
9号公路只能开进公园的三分之一。后面要座免费的公园巴士。我们将车停在公园入口
处，座巴士到Zion Lodge，走了一条相对容易的 Emerald Pools Trail，然后由
Kayenta Trail 回到下一个站点。
