Hi, snmm, the Work is not something we can see others do and then we feel
the same, although we may resonate to some extent. That video shows you how
to do it, and you can try to do it yourself. Find a piece of paper, give
yourself enough time (perhaps even hours at first) to do the four questions,
and let yourself emerge in the thoughts and emotions of all those what-ifs
that you are wondering about.
Do it once, and do it twice, search through your soul to see what bothers

Pimsleur

Exactly. They are humans, and more importantly, the same evolving souls like me and you, too. I don't know whether you believe past lives or not, if you believe so, here's one story from Brian Weiss' book "Same Soul, Many Bodies".
It's about a man who was a big winner and fearful fighter in an old life, who did not feel any remorse or guilt when he murdered many people in wars, etc and he accumulated lots of wealth. In some next life, he was burned to deat...

Hi, danalake, if you believe in past lives, you might be there in earlier
lives, and this realization could help you discover more of your soul;
otherwise ignore me.
"大西洲", do you mean Atlantis? I just finished reading Brain Weiss' "Same
Soul, Many Bodies", and a guy in the book remembered being in Atlantis, and
it was many many years ago (much earlier than the recorded human history),
and they were much more advanced than what we are now. Well, of ...

来自主题: Wisdom版 - Do animals have souls?
en, I don't know in what extent I believe reincarnation, but I tent to
believe it through PLR.
What I mean to ask is that now that people have memories through life-times
as humans, but never with any memory as other beings (animals or others),
why would Buddhism say that all beings are in reincarnations?
Well, I read Brain Weiss' book "Same Soul, Many Bodies" last month, and he
explicitly mentions the same evidence that no one remembers a life-time as
an animal, but his conclusion is that he ca...

It's up to what you believe. There are many such stories from Brian Weiss'
books.
Also, you are definitely not alone.
