TAMU的博士后，J1 visa，还没有过去，系里的小秘说要先确定好头三个月的保险险种

紧急咨询各位，
TAMU的博士后，J1 visa，还没有过去，系里的小秘说要先确定好头三个月的保险险种
才能给2019表，但是她又说头三个月学校是不cover费用的，要自己买。3个月之后学校
才cover90％以上的保险费用。

我有个大学同学要来美国一个大医院进修。是医院公派，这边的医院要求他先买好保险
才给正式签证的D-2019表格去签J-1.
我同学咨询了中国的平安保险有针对这种出国人员的，不过不知道到美国是否就医或医
疗保障不可靠或者应用起来有问题？
如果按照美国学院的要求在出国前我信用卡付账购买美国保险公司的保险也可以？我都
不知道美国有哪些比较可靠的保险公司，也完全不知道如何选择适合我的险种。
我出国肯定会自备很多常见疾病的药物，一些小病应该不会到医院就医，只是防备万一
。你帮我看看按照他们的最低要求，大概1年保险费是多少？毕竟这次公派出国医院所
提供的费用很有限。

，常常是这批有一定的学业水平，愿意追求完美生活的人，最后混的都不错。但是我们
都是门外人，没操过，没一起生活过，所以非常遗憾不能深入总结。而中国之大，最可
悲的是肏好逼的全是一事无成的狗男。连个心得体会什么的都不会总结。其实这就是中
国人几千年来一直的愚昧落后的根源。那批狗男根本就没有达到西方教育的核心，诚实
，简洁，记录，共享。
