两个软化的 PVC 有分子级别的融合。这种叫 solvent welding。
和焊接比较类似，和胶水粘邮票这种是不一样的。一般的胶水粘
不是分子级别融合的（welding)，就是靠中间的胶帖到一起。
这两个牢固程度是不一样的。
直接用胶水融合程度就少了，更像粘邮票。 |

举一个今天我发觉的阿三的包装简历为例，它实际经验美国学习9个月美国工作0个月本
国实习3个月，但是简历写得好于是HR发给我看，而且在github上像模像样搞了一个项
目，把别人的很复杂的代码拷贝过来，每隔一两周加一两个无关文件，看起来很厉害，
实际上什么也没做。但是这个很容易糊弄HR和没时间的经理。另外还在阿三国参加假的

sealing all the joints. To close the joints, you need either rivets or
welds. Weld is completely out of question because it needs massive amount
of electricity. Riveting is also very difficult because you need to be able
to make uniform sized steel rivets, and able to drill uniform sized holes

的研究（呵呵，吹牛呢）。
beam-to-column connection，传递弯矩的主要分fully restrained and partially
restrained connection. 还有Reduced Beam Section (RBS)。你说的那个pin-
connection,到实际应用的时候，shear 传递是靠column web和 beam web之间的
friction. 这里所说的column web是指shear tab welded to the column flange.

我这里能找到的是 Watanabe & Satoh 在 welding
journal里发表的。发表年代巨老，1961年。那时候我老人家还没有诞生呢。welding
journal 也是不怎么样的杂志，但是不知道为什么，后来的人还常常提到它。做焊接的大
牛, MIT 的 Masubuchi，用的就是这个。或许他们都是日本鬼子的原因？但是就我查到的
，它只有多道焊的公式，没有单道焊公式。
真急人啊。写论文，就等着这个验证一下了。哪位老大行行好， 我这里先作揖有礼了。

最近去了BMW的工厂参观，就写些那里的见闻把。
1.工厂在Greenville, SC。某个同事有个熟人在里面，所以看得还算仔细。那里招待外
面的参观，但看不到全部。门口还有个小型的博物馆，可以看看ｂｍｗ的历史，买点纪
念物啥的。当然如果你买那里生产的宝马的话，他们会提供一个比较有档次的参观，看
所有的部分外加performance track上的试驾。
2.工厂生产X3, X5, X6。Z系列原来做，现在又弄回德国去了。
3.厂子有三大部分。Body weld / Body paint / assembly。x5， x6混线组装，x3单独
的组装线。
4. Body Weld: 人工加工很小的零件（其实就是按按按钮，活还是机器做）。基本上
全部是机器人焊接车身（原来一部分是人工焊）。看着那些巨大的焊接机器人给人有变
形金刚的感觉。焊接以后，机器人检测尺寸，hood和fifth door和车身的配合。
5. Body paint: 显然，根本不可能进去。隔着玻璃看得。ｘ３，ｘ５，ｘ６都在这里

发帖数: 408 | 14 谢谢大家参与讨论，这个说来话长。 我的理解是现在汽车行业始用的sheet metal 在
往轻量化方向发展，减轻车重，减少能耗， 在焊接的时候，可以很方便的利用点焊，
减少welding的次数。铁矿石的成本越来越高，我觉得车厂不是慈善机构，当然钢板越
厚成本越高，随着冶炼技术的发展，哪一种方法能达到同样的结果，肯定选便宜的。
现在的high strength steel 都加入了别的金属， welding 的时候明显可以感觉到。
一辆死笨的70年代的老福特 和一辆花冠的区别。我个人的理解，呵呵。欢迎有汽车专
业的人士来解答。 |

而且说实话LSD也本来也是两边会slip的。要达到更好的drift效果，就得把
differential给weld死了。我看那些职业漂移赛的车确实都是这么干的。
所以总结一下，open differential，LSD，welded differential也就是保持drift难易
程度的三个档次而已。肯定不能说open differential完全不能drift。
哥们你用5系玩过donut那你可以教教提问那哥们怎么让5系这么大这么重的车break
loose。我没开过这么大的车，我也没法给他提供经验呢。。 |

戴自义做的ＰＰＴ，写的论文搞定了ＡＰ位置。
后来戴自义因操霓提出离婚愤而向各级学术部门举报操霓的造假行为
（包括成绩单造假）竟被完全无视。
一个美国烂校的本科学生听完一节课就能戳穿的“新衣”，老家伙们
在事情闹大，戴自义因家暴和涉嫌谋杀被判刑十五年时仍不做对操霓
的学术造假调查。只是在几年后没给甜牛偷偷让她走人。
可以想见如果没有因“戴自义被判刑”而使操霓曝光过高的话，操霓应该

I was very excited when China first announced the Shanghai to Beijing high-
speed line; It seemed like a great and reliable way to travel between the
two cities without having to go through all the hassles at the airport.
But after the line was launched and its speed lowered for safety reasons, I
realized that flying was still cheaper, quicker, and safer. I see why the
government needs to massively subsidize their high-speed system now.

反正不弄出来，耳机也没办法用。就弄个比较冒险的办法，供欢欢参考。
你知道万能胶，胶的越牢月好。 胶不要太稀，流动太大。 推荐J-B WELD 那种最强力
的。
把胶水在你断开的耳机插头的断开处，弄一点胶水， 不要太多，不然粘边上了。 也不
要太少，又粘不住。 粘上那么一点，然后推进插口里，推到差不多，觉得断开部分接
触了，就行。 第二天， 你把它拔出来，看看能不能一起拔出来。 |

在国内的时候，军工厂里用的胶水也很强，木头断了，用那个胶水一粘， 比没断过的

The world would be a better place if they had just left him in the stuck
elevator. Given his latest bullying tactics (punching DNC speakers until
their heads came off) and denigrating Khizr Kahn and his wife, Trump has
reached depths of meanness and vindictiveness unmatched by anyone.
I believe that he is mentally unbalanced, perhaps he is a true sociopath or
paranoid maniac. He is the one that needs to be locked up.
