周末把08的X5 3.0 trade in了，换了一台lease的12 X5 5.0，不仔细看压根看不出换
了，虽说细节还是漂亮很多。报告一下配置价钱供参考
X5 5.0i + sport package + 20" wheels:试开了X5M，觉得没有什么意义，加上是老婆
开的，M的意义就更小了。M package不划算，没有选。sport package挺漂亮的，加了
拨片，trim也有点不一样，有个sport mode，改变油门反应
technology + premium package + premium sound + HUD，idrive比11的m3有些许不同
，ipod连接选歌的方式变了，navigation menu也有一点点改变。top view camera挺好

2010 A4 quattro，2009 C300，2009328i xdrive和2012 CC。
MINNEAPOLIS城外沿I394，从西到东，4家DEALERS，BMW of Minnetonka，SEARS
IMPORTED (MB)，CAROSUEL (AUDI) 和 WESTSIDE VW。
首先到了VW，在HIGHWAY 100上试了一下车。CC (2.0T) 加速，操控很一般，S MODE也
不怎么样，买CC不如再买一辆JETTA。失望而去。
第二家AUDI，沿着WAYZATA BLVD向西开，拐弯多，沿着I394开回DEALER，A4 quattro操
控不错，比CC强不少，但是觉得和手里的GTI差不多。内饰和配置比较满意。目前有36
个月1.9% APR的OFFER。DEALER有十几辆相同配置的车，有自己满意的颜色。觉得不错。
第三家MB，沿着WAYZATA BLVD向东开，拐弯多，沿着I394开回DEALER，操控不如A4

dining room has windows and door-to-deck facing east, garage has driveway on
the east side, and two bedrooms on upper level with windows facing either
south and east or north and east. The westside of the home is a shared wall
with neighbor. It's the best layout I've seen for under 200K so far. |

其次，我没有打算一定要走court order. 但是，不得不准备。很多公司说不可以做，

合不合理都是相对的，看你的立场。作为我来说
1。水流路径是原先就设计的，nothing is against building code。而且他的同侧后
院还和我西边的邻居相接（mine occupies 60%, my westside neighbor 40%).我们的
雨水都流到他家，为什么只找我？(我西边邻居家的retaining wall 还不错，估计十年
没问题)。
2。他要我修french drain, including french drain on my property, the part
passing wall, and about 60 feet all the way passing his back, front yard and

我们每星期meet两次，一次为Play time, 一次为Story Time. 现定为Group里的妈妈
们轮流值班，当日谁值班就负责带孩子们游戏或读书，其余的妈妈可在一旁休息一下，
没觉睡得甚至可以利用这段时间打个盹。

现在比较倾向于找一家有注册而且可以overnight 的family care做备份
。
在研究过程中看到一些东西跟大家分享：
1. 我们是Kaiser的保险，现在指定医院从St Vincent 换到了新开的Westside Medical
Center，他们自称是加强母婴联系，只设nursery给有健康问题的宝宝，普通宝宝都放
在妈妈房间。另外产房和postpartum room是同一间，护士跟房间ratio 1:3。根据俺上
一次被C的经验，如果这次不能顺产的话，光是妈妈和老二呆在医院可能会有点够呛。
（非常希望VBAC成功。。。）
2. 州政府一般会有管理daycare的办公室可以提供家附近有注册的各类Daycare。
Oregon有这个网站oregonchildcare.org可以查到list，然后挨个联系是否能overnight
。Oregon的注册有三种，除了daycare center以外，有Certified family care 和
registered family care两种，区别看上去主要是允许招生人数和inspection的频率。
