推荐一首mtv,这首mtv拍的极为精彩，帅气。
是Shakira的经典作品。整个作品剪辑的也很好，前后连贯相互映衬。
Shakira,夏奇拉，凭一曲whenever wherever红遍乐大江南北,成为国内肚皮舞音乐的首
选最爱。我的一位肚皮舞教练兼朋友就凭这首歌获乐某届肚皮舞大赛一等奖。
顺便介绍一下肚皮舞，男女不限，老幼通吃，易学难精。有底子固然很好，没底子也一
样练习。我喜欢这种热情洋溢的舞蹈。青春活力，强身建体，也是很好的有氧运动。减
肥塑性的好项目。很多动作看着简单，做好或者做连贯乐都极为不易。我也喜欢这种充
满异域风情的音乐，欢快活泼，火辣性感。我对很多印度舞曲和非洲舞曲都狠喜欢，也
更有感觉。推荐这里的女生没事都可以去跳跳。很多人都觉得跳肚皮舞一定减肥，这是
个误区，跳舞的目的不是为乐减肥。当初曾跟着我朋友在一个俱乐部里混，很多人看到
都问，跳肚皮舞是不是狠减肥啊。我那朋友每次被问到这个问题都很无奈。如果说不的

Just came across this at my local grocery store, Publix. I'd imagine many
other retailers are carrying this as well, so check wherever you buy your
beer to see if they have it in stock.
It's normally $18.99 for the draughtkeg alone, so for the 2 glasses, 10
coasters, and head skimmer it seemed worth it. I bought this for the glasses
really - I normally wouldn't buy the draughtkegs.
