If you really need cash, you can borrow from your current 401k. If you do
not have enough funds in 401k, you may rollover your IRA back to your
current 401k and most of the plan would allow you to do that. After that,
you can borrow your money from 401k up to 50% of the balance or 50k
whichever is less.
