由目前的名单产生，用投票的方式产生两名，分别负责单双月，假如当值法

由法官外的陪审员名单里随机产生五名。
4。裁决
a.原则上不涉及金钱裁决，但可提出建议。请大家注意在本版交易还是要风险
自负。
b.是否取消负反馈，是否加入黑名单等决定，由陪审团投票决定，不建议弃权
但假设票数相等则法官决定。

建立合理的经济秩序，同时也为了进一步的规范feedback负评的准确性，我们将建立陪
审团制度来进一步规范市场。现将一些细节公布如下：
1。立案标准：
a.必须有实际交易发生的，发生了金钱和货物的转移
b.原告在交易发生一月内或负反馈提出一周内(whichever later)提起申述，
申述方式为在版面发文
2。法官：
由陪审团名单产生，用投票的方式产生一名，在每两个月举行的二手市场的法
庭上担任法官的职务。如果法官联系联系不上，由版主暂代
3。陪审员：
由法官外的陪审员名单里顺序产生五名。
4。裁决
a.原则上不涉及金钱裁决，但可提出建议。请大家注意在本版交易还是要风险
自负。
b.是否取消负反馈，是否加入黑名单等决定，由陪审团投票决定，不建议弃权
但假设票数相等则法官决定。
