一来brown sugar里加的molasses很少，达不到红糖的程度。另外，我觉得whole food
和分解
再合成的还是有区别的。比如一个人给大卸八块再重新堆一块儿，虽然零件全了，但是
和原来的活人
还是不一样。另外人体消化吸收食物的过程非常复杂，所以合成维生素与食物里的维生
素吃到肚子里
完全不一样。不一定对，只是我的想法。
sucanat 我在 whole foods 里买的。事实上，这是个美国公司的trademark，比较好找

，水果，现在可以吃混合的糊糊了。Earth Best的stage 2的wholesome breakfast也开
始吃了。没吃辅食之前一天5顿奶，每次7oz。现在每天吃两次辅食，上午一次2oz蔬菜
加2tbsp米糊，下午一次4oz stage 2的混合糊糊（譬如green bean加rice），这样一来
宝宝每天两顿辅食，三顿奶（还是7oz）。请问这样吃会不会奶吃得太少？另外什么时
候辅食成主食奶成为辅食呢？

所以，就算你降低奶，只要不低于16，就OK。

美利坚合众国第二百四十个独立节之日，重温了一下当时美国立国时杰弗逊起草的《独
立宣言》。
每读一次就不得不再次感慨当时立国之父们的英明及远见。他们在北美这块土地上，抛
弃了大不列颠的君王统治，建立起美利坚这样一个伟大的国家。
一切似乎都是上帝赐予的：这块土地上不仅有雄伟壮观的东部阿普拉契山脉及西部的落
基山脉，而且有着从广袤无际的大草原到美丽宽阔的大海洋，这富绕的土地难道不是一
