玩的好时节，不过我玩得倒是很尽兴。我既去了一些耳熟能详热门的景点（Miami, Key
west, Everglades），也去了不少冷门景点，特别是玩了几个National Wildlife
Refuge（国家自然保护区），见到了相当多种类的动物。热门的景点就不说了，分享一
些冷门的景点/活动，抛砖引玉。
由于是夏天，天热，我便起早贪黑，把主要活动安排在早上10点以前；下午5点以后。
这两个时段也是动物觅食的时间，看到的机会更大。可惜的是，我的望远镜（20刀买的
）太次，近处的看着还行，远一些的动物就只能看见个轮廓了。
1.在开往Key west 的路上，有两处可以停留。
A. 77.5mile处，有一个小码头，码头边的水里，有很多长度超过一米的大海鲢（
tarpon）出没。可以花钱买点小鱼，喂大海鲢。在YouTube上，有不少大海鲢从水里跃

首先，Wildlife Rescue的救助對象是野生動物，而非貓狗等家養動物。
其次，Wildlife Rescue的目標是救助野生動物後放歸自然，而非供人領養。
再次，Wildlife Rescue的救助方式不但是醫治野生動物，而且還會訓練受傷的動物和
幼雛幼獸重回自然生活的能力。而非把野生動物關在籠子裡飼養。
最後，Wildlife Rescue被禁止參與野生動物的交換和出售。這是法律禁止的，尤其是
一些受保護動物，如果Wildlife Rescue出售這些動物，就是犯罪行為。

关于standing问题引用率最高的案子是Lujan v. Defender of Wildlife。Defender of
Wildlife起诉美国政府的某些政策危害了保护动物的生存环境，违反了珍稀动物保护
法。最高法院认定Defender of Wildlife没有standing，因为它们没法证明“tangible
and particularized harm”。
一项政策的出台总会对群体中的每一个个人带来影响，但是如果任何人要在联邦法院起

been sighted in and around the parking deck. Building management is working
with the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources with regard to this activity

。比如加州，法规条款里只写了不准买卖，并没有说其它类型交易，原文如下，

to sell or purchase any fish or amphibia taken in, or brought into, the
waters of the state, or brought ashore at any point in the state.
貌似以鱼换物没有问题，但其实不一定。
