发帖数: 56 | 16 新奥尔良（New Orleans, LA），美国南部城市，濒临墨西哥湾，是路易斯安那州一个
重要的港口城市。以爵士乐和法国殖民地文化闻名。
本人想在感恩节长周末时去呆4天，一来十一月底南边城市比较温暖，港口城市有山有
水可玩的东西也多，二来新奥尔良本身就是个比较热闹的城市，感恩节去应该非常有节
日气氛。
两男两女四人同去最好，租车住宿都方便。虽然感恩节还有大概两个月，不过个人因为
年假不少，所以更喜欢早一点做一个休假的粗略安排。早点定机票租车也更容易找到低
价。
大概路线：
第一天 周四 11/28：抵达新奥尔良，然后在新奥尔良逛，晚上逛街，住在新奥尔良。
第二天 周五11/29：开车一个多小时到密西西比河的入海口最南端Delta National
Wildlife Refuge。下午估计就可以回来了，然后接着逛新奥尔良，住新奥尔良。
第三天 周六11/30：从新奥尔良往西开，路过Morgan City (可以去旁边的Kemper
Williams Park带一下)，然后到Lafayette，住在Lafayette。或者住路易斯安的首府
Baton Rouge也行。

介绍，达拉斯以北1.5小时的Hagerman Wildlife Refuge, 最近鸟情还不错。趁着年底
空闲去了两次，斩获还算满意。鸟帮我是刚刚入门，还是倾向于把鸟当风景拍。以后要
向饼干大师多学习！
1. 这个Hagerman Wildlife Refuge, 是 Lake Texoma 外围形成的一块天然湿地。跟
Bosque的情况差不多，这里也是候鸟迁徙的落脚地，大概每年从11月底可以拍到１月初。
2. 今年的鸟类以雪鹅为主。

首先声明：我其实比较烦“攻略”之类的东西。我认为，宁可少去几个地方，但每去一
个地方都用心感受，比蜻蜓点水地去很多地方、留下一堆“到此一游”的照片要强得多
。另外，我个人的兴趣是自然景色、野生动物以及历史人文，当然我会侧重于这些方面
；如果你感兴趣的是游乐场、购物天堂，可以就此打住。
怎么定义“远足”呢？我曾经一口气开到波士顿、佛蒙特，甚至多伦多，还有一次开到
了西海岸（不过不是一口气，而是几口气）。如果把这些算作“远足”，那就止不住了

Normally shipping the ginseng was not a problem. However, there is one lady
in the Chicago US Fish and Wildlife Service inspection area that has been
stopping all shipments of ginseng leaving that port. Technically you need a
CITES permit to ship the ginseng even if it is farmed raised. However, on
small shipments they normally did not enforce this law. This is the only
inspector that has been stopping packages. If you ship the ginseng out of

包括 hunting safety, hunting/trapping, hunting areas, opening season, fees, regulation
对我最重要的就是hunting education
本周的hunting education分in class和study-at-home两种，因为附近没有class，我选择的是后者，复习资料网站上有，基本上是枪械基本知识和安全条例，还有少数hunting的规定和说明，工作量不是很大，但是强烈建议好好复习，因为这些知识还是很重要并且实用的。
最终考试不难，考试形式是涂卡，有单选，多选和判断对错，当场批改，当场发certificate，有了这个certificate就可以在 gun store, pawn shop或者walmart的枪柜买到hunting li |
