时候小trolling motor推船一动不动的，最后下了锚才landing了。那天冷的很，也试
过打边，岸边一点生命迹象都没有，水清，草黄。 |

看到的深点略微超过50尺。有的湖近100尺深，假设小嘴逐步退却到一个个深度阶段，
那么40-50尺的湖就在20左右的水深可以找到鱼，100尺水深的可以在50尺找到鱼。这是
个笼统的说法，水略混的不会退的太深，就像这个湖，水色不是最清的，这次钓到的鱼
感觉不是太深，15-25之间是多数。我钓到的小嘴最深是60尺左右，小嘴最深能到80尺
，再深就不会去了。 |

发帖数: 2636 | 20 不写报告了，成绩是personal worst，1:59:11。这是我的第三个Half Marathon，就第
一次参赛的时候认真训练了，因为去年有爬Rainier的压力。这次因为夏天秋天是我的
climbing season, 跑步milage就高不起来。每周2的tempo/interval还是按部就班跟
club跑的，long run不够。本来6月份跑完dexter-ann arbor HM后就决定十月份跑全马
的，但后来long run实在很难保证，连HM都想bail。后来想反正有yyinaa同学的车可以
搭（感谢yyinaa&yy's LD!），就当一次long run好了，总比自己跑强。后来很庆幸虽
然一直以来在跑步上比较wimp，最后关头还是参与了，而且确实很enjoy
这次虽然成绩最差，但pace的控制是最好的。第一次HM没经验，最快和最慢的mile之间
差了4分钟，第二次push太早了，8mi之后就慢下来了，最快最慢mile之间差了由2分钟
。这次基本匀速，每个mile之间的pace差别不超过20s，没用305之类的东西自己能控制
成这样还是挺满意的。而且我前面一直告诫 |

great place for running. You can run outside pretty any time of any day in a
year. Too bad I am a wimp and run on the treadmill a lot. |

round trip. if you run 5 days a week, that's 100 mins wasted for nothing.
5200 minutes a year. even at 10:00 mile pace, that's 520 miles spent in
driving rather than running. not to mention the runs you skip because you
are too lazy to drive. I know I am a wimp, I have to have convenience to run
. But if that's what keeps running more, so be it. |
