faucets from freezing. Here are some tips:
1. The best way is to shut off the isolation valve to the outside hose bib
and then drain the hose bib;
2. Leave the faucets inside drip a little bit;
3. Leave the heating system running;
4. For a couple of bucks, you can buy outdoor faucet covers at Home Depot to

时间不如四处逛逛。
－－三天不多。别的大滑雪场也差不多，就那样。另外小破滑雪场当然有更便宜的。
－－denver城里肯定能找到更便宜的，但是去winter park要翻山越岭，万一下大雪就
不好了。你要是决定了winter park的话，建议住winter park，也是一小城，虽然很可
能贵点。

1. Open space concept. Smaller rooms downsize the heating to a more
manageable level.
2. Fireplace. If you have one, you can keep it for show, but seal it up.
3. Whole-house fan. Cooling down the house fast, even in winter :)
4. Range vent. Even you shut it off, it's still a big leak through your
otherwise well-insulated castle.
5. Bay window. It sticks out of surface, and thus more vulnerable to winds.

吗？
看你在哪个区（气温和土壤温度）和草的类型（冬季草vs夏季草)，一般来说，霜冻前
后就不建议添加氮肥了。草的top growth会慢慢停止，如果这时候施肥强制草生长，冬
天会对草地有damage, 你可以等top growth停止后， 一般是霜冻后3-5周，可以加一次
氮肥，增强根系过冬和早春的复苏。这个时间的掌握比较tricky。当然也可以等春天来
了再加早肥。有机肥一般是低氮，缓释，无机肥的氮含量高，见效明显，快。

看你是遵循什么项目了，Scott有4步施肥的program，每一步的肥料成分不同，施肥的
