的。Inspection 的时候，这种房子是不是没有办法查它的水电气，因为它的水电气都
已经停了。请有经验的大侠们指点一下。
另外，这个房子的stacco 最近从新作过， 不知有什莫奇怪的地方吗？（14 years old
）。也作了一些upgrade。Speculation is also welcome。 |

The inspection was okay, but the swimming pool and sprinkler cannot be
inspected due to the season. The owner said they will supply the receipt of
winterized service.
Is it necessary to have escrow account, in case problems found in the next
summer. How much amount should be in the account?

30 - $50 for winterization. If the cost of the compressor is $150, it would
take you 3-5 years to make back the investment and by then you may need a
new compressor.
it is a once a year expense. I don't think its worthwhile to invest in this
type of compressor...

如果有blower featured的话，你就需要一个转接头之类的。6.5HP应该很大了。我有一
个4.5HP的，但是不能blow。我winterize游泳池的piping的时候先用shop vac把水抽了
一下，然后倒anti-freeze进去。 |

要做。
测试系统里面有没有水，可以打开房子外面防回流装置的drain valve，看看有没有水
出来，如果有水出来，说明系统里是有水的，就需要做。 |

不过明年你想必就不会有同样的问题了。第一次花钱上上课也不怨。
做很多home project都会遇到这种问题，经常做着做着就撑不住了感觉要放弃，可无数
的经验教训告诉你，其实那种时候你离成功就差半步了。所以呀，挺得住是王道。：）
很快要到closing的时候了，winterizing的难度要高许多呀。还有没有勇气接着上？

你邻居推荐的Sta-Green 15,000-sq ft Fall/Winter Lawn Fertilizer就是无机肥。其
他的譬如Scotts, Lesco, Greenview, Vigoro都可以。
如果你在东北部，一般施肥时间是5月，8月中到9月中，10月，另外如果你要施冬肥那
么11月底的样子还有一遍氮肥。8月中到9月中建议做一次soil test来确定你的土壤元
素，酸碱值，有机物含量等等。这样你可以有目的的添加缺失的成分。 |

yes, you do need to make sure all outdoor faucets are properly winterized
you can't make that assumption. each outdoor faucet may have its shutoff
valve. For example, I have 4 outdoor faucets, only one of them is an anti-
freeze faucet. All of them have separate shutoff valves. it is quite easy to
identify the valves, just walk backwards from where the faucet exits the
basement. |

(1) Sprinkler Winterize是从标记为C的地方开始吗（先把C的水龙头打开让空气流通
）？还是从B或者G的地方开始（不是的话，B和G是干什么的）？
(2) 标记为A和E的两个Ball Valve是否应该打开如图所示？
(3) 水的流向是不是这样的：从地下室到D处，然后一部分可以流到C，另一部分通过标
记的"Water Flow"方向流向F，也就是Sprinkler系统？
(4) 这样子Compressor空气就是从C到D处，然后跟水流一个方向了？

天晚上都是零度以下就不行了。 |
