国组织和个人比如IRA。 美国这种国内法长臂管辖的案子俄国可以不予理会，但有意思
的是有一个俄国公司居然跑来美国应诉。这个公司叫Concord管理和咨询公司， 老板是
亿万富翁Yevgeny Prigozhin。此人开公司之前当过普京的厨师，所以绰号“普金厨师
”。
根据美国法律，被告人在开庭前有权获得公诉人所掌握的证据以便最有效地在法庭为自

然后Twitter上的一个亲俄id @HackingRedstone发了一个推文，说是他黑掉了俄国
