后来一直查不到status就打电话去问, 那边折腾了好久说系统有点问题查不到,但是的
确在系统里, 大概2月初能收到
然后后来各种原因要延期毕业. 12/5 express mail写信去withdrawal.第二天应该就寄
到那边了.
然后这几天很着急不知道能不能取消掉,再打电话去问,也是查不出什么结果.
就想问一下谁这个有经验,我这样申请之后一个月后再去withdrawl来不来得及.

的很少吧。上述牛牛的case，碰到别的office就过了，相信RFE也是好好准备，比较
citation在领域也是top了，但是他好像很先入为主，翻牌不容易。 |

Deny, 最后才Approve. 140批后，我也一直地版上转让审稿和给需要的人发审稿，希

今天发贴，其实主要目的是向大家求助来了。跟我的140一样，485也非常不顺利，2014
年9月份提交，之后无数次的找议员，SR,和infopass，但一直都是模板回复。终于在两
周前的SR收到回复说“under review and actively processed by an officer”。心
想，终于快了。果然，不到一周，4月8号收到了纸质的RFE。主要是三项内容：一个是
体检，一个人EVL，还有就是党员。前两个都在意料之中。但是关于党员，虽然有也所
准备，但是没有想到RFE的内容非常具体。我在申请的时候根据版上的模板已经提交了

3月份，搬家到德州，4月15日，再德州再次提交EB1A，
4月17日，收到移民局一封信，所有资料寄回，因为140表格，是过期表格。
再次更改表格提交，上周2接到移民局退回部分资料，说：这些资料他们用不到（出过
的书），再审核过程中，无法放在我的文件夹中。
已经过去一周了，没有收到收据，不知道有什么问题？？？？ |

Ref，因为他们发现我们每个人各有两个cases.我们回信要求把我先生为主申请人的
case withdrawl(他海归回国了），现在我们用我为主申请人申请的485。昨天，移民局
把我先生为主申请人filed的485给deny了。如果移民局没有看到我们Ref的回信，是不
会把我先生为主申请人的485给据掉的。可是，我为主申请人的case去一点update都没
有。
BTW, 我的priority date是Oct.15, 2005.
不知道是否有人和我有同样的经历。可否分享以下经验？ |

老爸近来身体也不是很好，想尽快弄好身份方便多回去看看。这一阵亲属移民第二A优
先前进的很快。可以省不少时间。问题是：申请了亲属移民是不是EB2就自动作废了？
还是说要通知公司去withdrawl？另外申请了亲属移民对H1b签证有没有影响呀？

以正常来说以大公司的作风，是有相当大的空间可以利用的。
另外，petition (140) remains valid when 485 pending 180天 or more. 所以其实
只要第179天前withdrawl不到移民局就满足了。
还有，received date是day 1, not day 0. 和正常的算法可能有不同。
当然，除了极特殊情况，没几个人会在乎这种情况 |

401K能带来的tax benefit有两方面，一个是before tax contribution，还有就是tax
deferred accumulation（是说在withdraw之前，所有的capital gain都是不会课税的
），另外再加上公司能match一部分，这三点是401K最大的优势可是也有劣势，比如：1
. 可供选择的fund不多，你可以control的也有限。 2. 必须到一定的年龄才能取出来
，不然有罚款。3. 在withdraw的时候课税，这会受到一些不确定因素的影响，比如国
家的税收政策变化/你退休时的收入等，如果这些导致你所在的tax bracket比现在要高
很多的话，也达不到收益最大化。所以一般来讲，401K投入到你employer要match的那
么多就行了，因为实际上你多投入的可以放在其他地方。比如，如果LZMM家的

checks, checks, etc. FTP was able to "digest" some extra costs by their
large volume and customer base. but other smaller sites like doyles room,
always charge $30 or so for cashouts, which i think is closer to the "real"
cost to have 3rd party processors (normally overseas) handle such things.
but now, FTP has to convert a lot of these cashouts to wire or other costly

game is very soft there,but cashout takes about 2-3month. I guess there
some traffic as cake as well. These site may withdrawl as well after this
incident, hopefully not though. sigh, hopefully the law in Nevada can pass
and will get another round of boom of online poker.
With the highest unemployment rate in the county, it may a good chance
for nevada to pass the law and connect a lot of tax money for the state.
