因为和男朋友分手，意志消沉，无心读书，GPA急转直下，要被学
校开除了(研究生真的对成绩要求不高，B就不会被开除，但是我期末考试都没去，3门
功课fail，
另外2门也不好)..... 还好advisor告诉我，还可以appeal，但是一定要认真写，学院
里的
committee会认真看，如果真的很特殊会给我机会的。
大家给点建议吧，这个应该怎么写！要不要多编一点理由？ |

distinctive behavior是进化的结果(作者有长篇论证，偶就不详细复述，可能也没能
力）
withdrawl，depression等是多次（尤其是幼儿时期）外界负面刺激之后的保护性反应
，会成为distinctive behavior
这本书的部分内容可以在google book上读到
很权威，很学术性。作者是attachment theory 的创始人。
个人感觉解释力很强
而且和进化论有结合 |

我最近找了一个实习,帮助一个房地产老板做他的公司,他个人的还有他妈妈的bookkeep
.他的quickbook有一年半没有更新过任何transaction了,所以我们要更新以前的数据并
且记录现今的数据.
我们从boa网站下载了他一年半的bank statements和checks准备更新quickbook并且
reconcile bank statement.
我想问的是,我是不是就依据下载下来的bank statements上的transaction一条一条的
在quickbooks各个选项里比如vendor,tanent等按顺序输入?还是可以找个journal
entry地方,一次性以journal entry的形式都录入进去?
其中有个问题就是,像bank statement上有些bank withdrawl也不知道老板取了钱干什
么用的,那怎么记录呢?
我现在不知道如何下手.还请熟悉quickbooks的人指点一下.

输入journal entry的选项。

马上去follow up 了一下firm 的面试官。结果昨天下午就confirm了，而且他们动作很
快，昨天就联系了律师要了身份的材料，今天就发了Offer letter.
我的身份现在是H4 pending,工作是8月份辞的。8月底考完了cpa,过完labor day开始找
工作，被身份的原因拒了很多次，有4个走到最后一轮。现在的结果是3个offer, 一个
被withdrawl。感觉自己还是幸运的，最想去的公司抛来了橄榄枝，真的是好事多磨。

对不起 我还没有正式工作！只是得到了offer！但是我的preceptor 是在小医院做得！
当时做得是ER OB and med surg！ 小医院工作起来比较轻松，相对压力小很多！ 人都
非常nice！起码表现出来的是这样的。我在ER 工作的时间比较多，对病人做基本的
assessment，询问病情病史 全部都是有电脑显示的，只需要照着问。start IV， EKG
，这是基本，采集血sample urine sample， sometimes， nasal swab。然后就是给
药，医生开药 给药！最多的就是协调工作，和医生的协调，主要报告病人情况，还有
就是把医生的意见传达给病人！ 和各个检验科的联系，CT MRI ultrasound， floor
nurse if need admitted。 然后就是chart. 刚开始回比较忙，因为有时候好多病人，
需要统筹规划！ 还有就是和病人的交流比较重要，explain everthing. do not

能会暂停康士德，也叫antiandrogen withdrawl,有时也会起到暂时控制病请的功效。
如果所有以上都试过还不行，下一步治疗取决于你爸当时的总体状况。如果你爸仅仅是
PSA放高而无比如说其他更多骨或内脏转移，可以考虑Provenge.如果你爸那时有很多症
状和很多内脏转移，建议化疗。中间情况的话可选化疗或新型抗雄激素治疗例如Zytiga

而且没精神，啥都不想干，泡在网上呆呆刷帖子
yoga停了好几天，游泳也没去，也不做饭做家务，在外面吃了整整一周
和withdrawl的濒临极限和精疲力竭不同，现在就是depression的low，表现最明显的就
是食欲下降
觉得自己成了小白鼠，清楚地看着各项药物的反应
医生说还是应该坚持锻炼，会帮助分泌萨拉托宁。
今早躺床上，好象有点要清醒过来的样子。
决定戒网一两天，干点事。谁在这见我谁踢我。
