都是我精挑细选的，呵呵
主要想提高平衡能力，练腰腹力量，小腿和脚踝力量。
两个都很喜欢
stability ball
除了腰腹力量，还发现一个很好的用处，就是拉伸肩关节。最近肩总是不舒服，这两天
用这个，嗯，就像下腰那
样，球放在腰底下，用手去够地板。挺有效果的。开始右肩很疼，活动范围也不大，慢
慢的就能拉开了。
wobble board
一个就是站在上面练平衡了，还有就是stretch小腿后面的两块肌肉，膝盖伸直，拉伸
的是腓肠肌，膝盖略弯，拉伸
的是比目鱼肌，嘿嘿，昨天终于把这个高明白了 :)拉伸这两块肌肉对跟腱比较好。最
近左腿跟腱有点疼。
WSN说我打球不专业，得病很专业，呵呵。嗯，不但很专业，timing 也不错，跟姚明一
起stress fracture，跟刘翔
一起跟腱疼 :)

变化的邮件渐多。（至2001年2月为止）
因此，仅将个人想法整理公开于此。
１．lip的角度
唇角度相对于身体的中心越大（唇立着），则wobbling也变得越大。
另一方面，越小（唇躺着），旋转变得越大。
例如，可举例wobbling稍大的的minnow为CD Rapala、旋转稍大的minnow为bassday
sugar minnow，若比较两者的lip的角度，CD Rapala的角度为60゜，bassday sugar
minnow的角度为30゜。
顺便提一句，就我所知的只有wobbling，或者只有旋转的鱼饵还不存在，只有两者都会
动的复合物。
因此，同样的鱼饵，按照tester的主观，被分类为rolling，或被归类为 wobbling都是
很有趣的。笑
２．唇的位置
唇离Line eye越近action越大，相反越远action越小。
即是说，若是想让小的唇作出大的动作，唇必须装在line eye的非常近的位置。

like this. I used a long bit on a ryobi drill, its tip wobble a lot when I
start to spin the drill, I looked at the chuck, it is wobbly even without
the bit installed. My friend just bought the set new from HD (18V one plus).
We went back, bought a 18V set from Ridgid on sale, no wobble what so ever.
I like Dewalt brand, but ridgid is also very good since they offer life time
warranty (even on battery) |

关于12ga和20ga的问题，曾经困扰过我。因为如果同是1盎司或者7/8盎司的子弹重量，
出膛速度类似，12ga和20ga的pattern是一样的。那干嘛不用“后坐力更小”的20ga？
其实说20号“后坐力更小”， 是个谬误。 打同样的子弹，一般枪身更轻的20号后坐比
12号要大。 还有那我打碟时弹药越重， 岂不是命中率要更高？打Trap允许最重的弹是
1-1/8盎司，那还有谁会去用1盎司或者7/8盎司的？ 这点还望版大赐教。 我试过比较1
-1/8和11盎司的子弹，成绩没有明显区别。可能是我学艺不精。
还有一个问题，我打碟是从所谓的Wobble Trap 开始的。和你所说的ATA Wobble 不同
，碟子是从射击者站立的平台下飞出的，距离要短。（见图）。这恐怕是娱乐版的
Wobble？ 同样的设置其实在很多射击场里都有。 |

发帖数: 5728 | 29 铁板不如casting plug好扔，比赛用的casting plug是杜绝了飞行过程中哪怕最细微的
wobble，那些细微的wobble非常影响距离，类似咱们开车，你把手伸出窗外，飞行过程
中的风阻很大。
funder的问题是牛皮吹破了常规，器材的差别就是为了能量尽可能少损失，这些到后期
能有个几米的差别了不起了。
真正打比赛用的杆子，一般都是13尺，在这个长度上，势能和动能的增加是正弦曲线，
超过13尺，因为现有制竿技术，人体力量包括pendulum等大弧度增加的能量会损失在杆
子上太多，所以目前基本都是13尺到13尺3为主要比赛长度杆子。
7尺小杆扔100米就别想了，还是我说的，必须类似乾坤大挪移旋转360度再加助跑来提
高出去时候的速度，动能等于质量乘以速度的平方，所以那个初始速度很关键。
器材上的差别在后期就变得很小，前期很大，funder的骗局是因为他不懂抛投。 |

发帖数: 5728 | 30 funder现在是在为自己的成绩找理由，由于缺乏最基本的抛投知识，很多的说法他都是
一变再变，而且到目前还是胡扯。
铁板，任何铁板，其重心都远不及casting plug稳定，这个重心稳定的说法是我们抛投
lure的时候，首先选择的是类似bucktail之类的，重心需要尽可能靠前，即接触风的面
和重心之间的距离需要最短，这样会最大可能减少wobble。
距离的远近很重要的一环就是当动能下降严重/飞行速度的下降，任何重心不稳定/即靠
前的抛投物，都会发生wobble或者旋转，尤其是后期，这是我们看到为什么很对抛投物
开始直线飞后期落地前开始旋转的原因，对抛投距离来说，我们选择的测距离的lure都
是要选类似于jighead之类，而非铁板。
本不想说这么多，这些东西说给funder听可惜了，这两天看他胡言乱语还是有点意思。 |

In the shooting center I went they have a wobble trap that launches from
under where shooters stand. So the distance is shorter vs. 16yrs where the
clay launched from the mechine sits away from the shooter. I started
shooting Wobble for fun and believe this is easier. Maybe this is just my
personal preferrence? |

盎司给他们一个优势，也有很多人相信1盎司就足够了。我的想法是，choke决定
pattern的大小，所以用同样的choke，1 1／8盎司的pattern不会更大，而是在同样大
的pattern中铅丸的密度更大，如果用的是一个比较松散的choke比如IC，铅丸之间的空
隙本来也许会让碟溜走，但是这增加的密度可能就会意味多命中一个；但是trap本身就
用full choke，所以密度在40码内是不会让飞碟溜出去的，这增加的密度在命中率上没
有额外的优势。
用1盎司的大有人在，主要原因是可以用更小的dram eq.来达到相似的弹丸速度。3
dram eq + 1 1/8 oz -> 1200fps, 2.75 dram eq + 1 oz -> 1180fps；或者用同样的
dram eq.来达到更高的弹丸速度，3 dram eq + 1 oz -> 1235fps.
你说的这个是wobble trap，比较新兴的一种玩法；很多老一些的俱乐部没有修建这种

我觉得只要去修，你就没得比这个便宜的。

indices - the Shanghai Composite and the Shenzhen Composite - had risen

Probably the most cerebral (yet still accessable) book I've ever read. A
fantastic sequel to an incredible first book. If I say anything I think I'd
give it away. But if you want to know what our future could look like if we
