真是不知道那些神人是怎么在24分钟做完的。 我其他几个动作都没有问题,就是做完
JUMP以后就累个半死。
感觉强度还是蛮大的, 以后在多尝试一些。 |

b***k 发帖数: 2829 | 5 o, 我没用过家里的那种PULL UP BAR. 我见过一个朋友家, 就自己去HOME DEPOT 买
了几根棍子, 在GARAGE里面装上去, 也挺好。 如果是APT的话, 可能还是怕违反
LEASE规定。
我看了今天的WOD 'test 3'. 有几个GYM里面有吊环呀?? 虽然说是可以用3个PULL UP
顶一个MUSCLE UP, 可是感觉锻炼的地方都不太一样。 |

Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor" and pull-ups are "strict" or non-
kipping
头三组都是到了最后4个的时候就做不动了. 休息片刻补上. 最后算是作全了.
HANDSTAND PUSH-UP最多的时候作了6个, 不够数的, 把腿搭在架子上凑够了.
现在还属于摸索阶段. 想继续试几个礼拜.
总体来说, 我觉得CROSSFIT要做起来可能不如P90X强度大, 因为P90X在一个小时的过程
中基本上都是心跳很 |

大部分Crossfit WOD我觉得强度应该都比P90X大吧,P90X毕竟不那么强调速度。

Y****I 发帖数: 309 | 10 这个cf每个box差异很大很大,因为wod基本都是教练自己定的。专门针对ab的wod很少
,但是我个人来说腹肌变化很大,其实更重要的是core的力量,对于我其他运动,例如
篮球,滑雪,游泳帮助很大。每天20-30min的wod,身体保持酸痛状态快一年了,我30
多了,基本没有可能完全recover,不过每天都wod都是针对不同的大肌肉群。我贴一下
今天的wod。最后那个125 GHD situps core再强的人也搞不定,做完得疼死。。。不信
的可以试试看。
我们box加入超过1年的基本都是腹肌男腹肌女,夏天健身房不开空调不开电扇,每天很
养眼。
SEALFIT Purpose

4 sets of max hand stand push ups (w/deficit)

这不是赵丽颖和关智斌第一次互动,两人因拍戏结识,私下关系很好。
这次本来也是好友之间的日常互动,被却一些网友揪出赵丽颖把英文单词打错了。
赵丽颖说“wod斌”,想说的应该是时下流行网络用语“word”吧,不知是手滑,还是打字太快,把最简单的“word”打成了“wod”。
不过粉丝站出来替赵丽颖澄清,说不定小骨是准备打中文“我的”,打出拼音“wod”,就点了确认,所以才会这么显示,难道我们平时打字时,没有出现过这种小“失误”吗,何必对一个艺人如此苛责呢?

完了。加些东西凑够一小时的group class. 反正我们上贼船之前都签了waiver,累死
人不偿命。
我觉得crossfit还是group class去比自己做好,很多high intensity WOD, 我要是自
己就不做了。课上就不好意思放弃,怎么也咬牙坚持到最后.
哪里可以看高富帅啊? |

regularly performed at the gym. It takes place in a group setting, with some
of the most experienced Coaches and Assistant Coaches giving you tips and
guidance on each aspect of fitness. Their will also be lectures on Nutrition
, Recovery, Mobility, Mindset and much more.

Not really good form @ 90LB, can not squat all the way down, cheat a little
bit. Wrists hurt like hell.
