lawsuit case and will refer to ME office ... so repeat wont tell u more.
if what the autopsy report said is true that your child have a rather rare
congenital condition, it would be hard to prove the other's wrong doing:

basically it depends on what time you get there. most places wont let you do
the permit test after 4:30 but they started changing it to 3:30. just get
there early and expect to spend a while in line. give it an hour to 2 hours.
the test is fairly short but waiting around for your number to get called
