。回头想想好想并没有很tough的situation,我是指面试过程；我几乎很少被问及
behaviral questions, 就算偶尔被问到，也是本着简短的原则，2-3句就够，因为我确
实没什么可讲。（我以前几乎没有工作过），倒是technical的东西一定要大部分都要
知道点，但也不用全部熟，人无完人嘛
另外面试着装的问题。我去过两个onsite.第一个onsite时，我穿了套裙（wool），网
上，书上都说女生船套裙又professional,又chic,说的是有道理；我得半场不断的头发
，我平时是披着的，到了面世的时候，我想披着太不professional了，就把它绑了起来
，反正我做足了形象上的努力，但是感觉并不comfortable;后来offer没拿到，当然不
一定是形象的问题；
第二个onsite时，我没怎么捣刺，跳了套合身的西服，很合身但可惜不是wool的，头发
还是让它像平时一样披着，自己感觉很舒服，到了公司表现也很自然，再加上
technical方面还行，所以给共四留下了不错的影 |

木地板的话，可能最好是买wool的吧，怕磨地板的话，可以加快pad。我家是地砖，材

。老房子一般用的R11，还有R7的。如果用喷入的泡沫可能能达到R19，也可能达不到，
没做研究。2x6用stone wool可以达到。2x4里面用R15，外面用XPS可以达到。 |

quality rug, the smell won't strong though, just very light, and will be a
little stronger under high humidity.
dye is so important too, actually any vege dye rug won't be bad at all
because it's not necessary to dye low quality wool in such a complicated and

啊，成人的100% merino wool一件也就几十块，有deal的话２０块就能买件基本款的
。这个merino kids还是棉毛混织的，还卖这么贵，坑人呢。要说用得久，它做这么长
，当然用的久了，但是容易裹住啊。还是坑爹。我婆婆看了直说，她要回国就自己做一
件羊毛睡袋，随着宝宝长大就给加长，最合身。 |

Walmart's yarns are few and crappy, but their fabrics is pretty good and cheaper than Jo-Ann's. Michaels and AC Moore don't carry fabrics.
The above three stores all carry wool, cotton and acrylic yarns - the same low-end brand names at about the same prices. For better quality wool, you might want to check with specialty knitting stores.

important
to buy:
- gloves, must be insulating and waterproof, not those kind of $10 cheap
gloves, or your hands are going to freeze
- strongly suggest wool socks not cotton. cotton will not keep you warm if
it gets wet, but wool will.
- hat that blocks wind, covers your ears, best are those baklava that
covers your nose
can get everything you need at EMS or REI stores.
most ski places can rent goggles if you don't have those. |

随便挑一个西装分析一下，还是black label，算是有代表性。
面料是普通的wool，不是worst wool。制作基本上是机器压出来的，袖口的扣子基本固
定，袖口是低袖口的，除了剪裁相对比较收腰，几乎没有一点好的。
800多刀的价格，不要说和BB比，就是BR也比他强一点。BR多钱？500 x 50%=250刀。哈
哈哈。 |

终于在降温之前把furnace修好了。(症状参考附帖)
结果多少有点出乎意料，Control Board也就是Blower所在那个铁盒里的电路板后面发现一条
死去多时都差不错被风干的小lizard，手指长，整个就黏在电路板背面。看来是其死后分泌的体液
造成电路板线路问题。于是为了防止意外碰到furnace的电源保护按钮，把总电源也关闭，然后用
纸巾沾一点水把电路板背面清洁一遍，用电吹风吹干，上电，重新点火，终于看到了久违的flame
LED light。
在此，特别感谢一下icewatering和她推荐的海尔冷暖气公司的方师傅(281-777-1266
houston/katy/sugarland地区的朋友们有福啊)。

flossing！
现在我反倒越来越怀疑了，或者是困惑了，基于以下几点：
1：我看到的、我钓到的鱼，99%都是钩在了嘴上，有外缘有内缘。挂在身上、尾巴上的
，今年几百条中我只看到一条！这个比率实在有点不可思议！在溪流中钓鱼，即使我
fly fishing，挂鱼的几率有时候也会到2、30%，其他方法更高；
2：我特意比较了我用的各种颜色wool，发现对上鱼率还是有差别的，甚至很大。如果
BB完全是flossing，wool的颜色根本无所谓！空钩都一样！
3：看了很多对BB持正面态度的文章和研究结果；
困惑了，为什么那次越南哥空钩刷刷上鱼？（我后来用空钩试过几次，效果并不理想）
，或许是sockeye本身就不是那么简单？
目前我的观点暂时还是把BB看作flossing，但会在以后的钓鱼中，有意去观察、测试一
些东西。 |

我经常在ruelala买东西。wool的blazer是比较贵，不过under 200还是很多选择的，包
括theory，lafayette 148，tart这种档的。关键是jcrew打折的时候跌价也是很要命的
。我不在这个牌子花这个钱是因为我买的pencil skirts全都后面开线过，hacking
jacket扣子都掉了我自己缝的。merino wool毛衣有两件都莫名其妙烂了小洞，我还没
怎么穿呢。你说说jcrew到底在干啥。

found that’s the case for SmartWool light hiker. It’s good for a quick
hike, but not very durable.
But if it’s crew socks, from my experience it’s not going thinner that

女生版装备：我向来的坏习惯就是出门打包很多东西，所以根据你自己的情况和个人喜好自己精剪哈。
睡袋（0F/-15C），防潮垫。其他所有东西包括衣服外套登山杖，所有东西都是可以租的，价格在每件/副$10-$15不等。但唯独睡袋和防潮垫一定要自己带。当地提供租的防潮垫和睡袋会让你睡得难过死，冻死。这个一定要自己带舒服的防潮垫和保暖的睡袋。
1. 一副好的anti-shock的登山杖是非常必须的。从头用到尾，从上山到下山，就靠着它了。
2. 登山鞋。
3. 每天一双smartwool的袜子
4. 在campsite营地时穿的运动鞋和棉袜，这个看个人偏好，男生穿厚袜子和拖鞋在营地走来走去的也有。
5. smartwool/merino wool 的baselayer裤子X3。
6. Gaitor一副，防雨水和沙石进到鞋子里。
