他说done的时候，是刚塞进去一截（一厘米多点），然后外面剩了很长一段的时候，不是你说的都盖完纱布的时候。
我并没有说他留一长段在外面。他也没留，剪掉了。我要说的是，这正好体现了他本来是要塞很多的，
但是他撒谎说done了，所以才剪掉了那么长一截，留了正常长度的尾巴在外面，这个尾巴，他和后来的wound care留的是一样长的，我对这个尾巴的长度没有意见。
至于是否是我活动出来的，有和以后数次专业wound care换药的比较，这个我还是有数的。
他塞进去的引流条（他们说是filling strip）的长度，只有一厘米多点。而手术当天，第一次followup，以及后来护士给换的五次follow up，每次都比这个长许多许多，另外第一次做护理时，也就是他那次给我换药的四天之后，我的伤口深度大概是3、4厘米的样子（wound care护士量
的），你觉得3、4厘米深的伤口用1厘米的引流条就可以引流？
还有，我说的麻药根本不是在done了之后，而是他往里塞的时候，我要求麻药，他没有给，这个就是一般的norm jelly，成本不高也没任何副作用 |

月下来，恐怕也说一两起emergency,不外乎发个烧什么。可是我是越上这个班越是那个
不高兴啊。为什么呢？有几个原因：
1）8个小时的班事儿太多。我还算快的，如果没有admission,emergency or incidents
的话，基本能按时回家。可是3－11 的班admission太多啦。结果呢，要想完成任务就
只能加班啦。这样一来，老板找你谈话了，怎么回事啊？怎么会有这么多overtime 啊
。他们也知道我们的实事求事的回答无懈可击。谁愿意晚回去啊，大半夜的，不能按时
睡觉，特别伤害身体。我们是没有deferential的，fixed rate. 更可气的事，这帮资
本家们玩起了偷的把戏。我们是打卡的，花在工作上的时间赖不掉，可是工资上部份的
overtime时间竟然被调包到regular hour上，这样就少了那个50%。我真是无语啊！NH
的工资本来就低，那个50%他们也要偷！

arrow wound. Bullet kill by shock and large tissue damage. The shock can
temporarily stop the nerve system and the animal can collapse instantly.
Just see the exit wound of a .308 bullet you will know the tissue damage. So
