还车后赔钱。可是保险公司说不能保证用的是Honda的parts，你要去Honda的shop修我
们就不管修不修得好了。。。
于是找了一个Claim Services的公司，问了一下说大概因为车祸贬值$4500，一个
option是让保险公司修，并且向leasing company（Honda Financial Services）要书
面证明我是owner并全权负责diminished value claim，然后找个apraiser估价再file
diminished value claim，一般保险公司会给个$1000准备了事，如果不能接受就要
file law suit，然后也许保险公司会给个$3000左右摆平，否则就请律师，被律师收取
20%的费用，最后也拿到大约$3000，可以用来付还车时候被要的钱，这是我的best bet
（头都大了）；另一个option就是他们有人可以帮忙看wrecked的车值多少，直接脱手

witness stated to the officer that the other party was running a red, I
confirmed and the other party admitted to running a red and was cited for
that.
However, statefarm just formally denied my claim this morning based on that
their insured denied running a red and insisted on a yellow , plus the
witness testified to statefarm she was traveling at least four cars length

Acura CL-S MT that ran like a champ for almost 300k miles. First off day 1!!

claims. Tax overdue can be easily addressed in the contract. You will do the
walk through right before closing. If the place is wrecked by the evicted
tenant, you can walk away. Short sale is a messy process and you have to put
up with some crap in order to get a good deal.
Your problem is that you cannot get the tenant evicted before your rate lock

and short sale is pain in the ass when there is a 2nd lien holder involved.
The advantage is these properties are kept in much better conditions. A lot

teenager把一个中国人一家撞了。祖父当场死亡，妈妈7个小时后也死了，一岁的小
baby重伤。警察也联系不到这家人的家人。更让人难过的是那个teenager说是她没有超

生完后用了二天的导尿管，后来拔掉了之后的几天pee的时候简直要了我的老命。
现在都生了20天了，那里特别疼。不知道是到底urine还是vaginal，反正就觉的有什么
拽着那里的肌肉一样。一坐在toliet上就特别不舒服。
天天试着做kegal，没有很大的成效。

末虽然发生了学校的悲剧，下雨天又没事可做，就鼓动娃说看电影有爆米花吃，娃说那
我就吃爆米花不看电影，有些闹不明白，以前看过好几次动画片的为啥说什么也不想看。
也许是因为刚发生那件事，对暴力很敏感，我不推荐这个电影给孩子看。我家娃中间几
次都说不想看了，要出去，但我想最后结局应该是好的吧，如果中间就不看了，印象里
就是个不好的印象，反倒不好，就告诉娃害怕的或不喜欢的就闭上眼睛，妈妈给你捂着
耳朵。好赖挨到最后了，结局还算不太糟糕。
有人说的对，好莱坞的暴力色情让孩子从小就接触这些，也起到了“教育”“催化”的
作用。与禁枪相比，清除文化环境中的毒素更应该提上日程，做起来也更容易吧，对政
