so important. Take it easy. Find whatever one book about it and practice a
little bit, that should be OK. Do not spend too much time on it if you are
running out of time.
There is one argument, and I personally belive it, why the admission committe
will not pay much attention on the writing sample. After around 3 hours
intense reading and reasoning during the LSAT, you are not supposed to do a
good job within 30 min. |

发帖数: 1371 | 41 俺最近准备回国，就怕孩子writing跟不上，买了很多writing的书，有几个tip给大家share一下：
1。daily journal ideas. 有一类书是专门给topic的，题目都很有趣，比如假如你有一天in charge of the world, 你会做什么， 给你最好朋友写封信， 你最喜欢养什么动物，为什么等等， 大家去书店看看就知道了。其实这类书不一定需要买，大家自己给孩子出题也行，不过可能知识覆盖面没有那么全而已。有了题目，孩子也比较好写，也比单纯的写日记有变化一点。
2。reading charts. 这也是一类，就是各种文章结构的表， 读完了让孩子根据文章结构找出对应的chart, 然后填上相关的东西，比如有question + answer的，有opening + points + end的，等等。这个chart也能作为写作的提纲。
3。polished words. 就是给孩子两篇文字的对比，一个写得好，一个差一点，教用好词（比较有文采的词）或者更准确描述的那类， 有的书也不错。这个可能对3年级以上的孩子有用一点。
4。reading. 就是有针对性地提高 |
